Take this with a glass of water about 30 minutes after eating, then have two to three cups before bed. You'll feel the effects first thing in the morning! There's no noticeable smell, and it's become my go-to product. It works wonders for constipation! The pills are a bit large, so if you have trouble swallowing them, you can break them in half. There's even a line on the pill to help you split it easily. In my experience, taking it after lunch and dinner works best, especially if you've had a carb-heavy meal. It's gentler on the stomach than typical laxatives. If you're not a fan of Dulcolax, I'd recommend giving this a try. The pills are quite large, making them difficult to swallow. I love that it works well when taken with the pink one. It really helps with bathroom visits, so this should be good too. The plastic container seems too large, which might not be great for the environment. The belly bear is incredibly adorable and poops so well - it's absolutely fantastic! It was more expensive than I expected and the quantity is a bit small... disappointing.

I saw great results when I took this with the pink one! The packaging is also super cute. Very occasionally, I experienced some stomach discomfort. When this happens, drinking plenty of water helps a bit. The container is adorable. The pills aren't too large, so they're easy to swallow. I didn't notice any significant effects. It didn't seem to make much difference in my bathroom habits, haha.
