This toner is great for when you want to boost your skin's hydration. After using it for about a month, I found it doesn't suit acne-prone skin. My chin area broke out terribly, and I struggled with blemishes for a while. It's important to note that skincare products can affect individuals differently. If you have acne-prone skin, you might want to patch test this toner or consult with a dermatologist before incorporating it into your routine. - wp********Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 28, 2025

The reviewer struggles to find any significant drawbacks, suggesting they're quite satisfied with its performance overall. - s9*****Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJun 27, 2025
I've probably gone through about 10 bottles already. Each one lasts me around two and a half months. It's so good that even though I've tried a few cheaper toners, I always end up coming back to this one. The price makes me hesitate a bit every time I need to buy it, but this time they released a larger size, so I went for that. It's perfect to use right after cleansing. If you layer it a few times, you don't even need other skincare products. This toner really works hard for your skin. - ju********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 16, 2025
This toner is famous for its ability to control sebum. I usually apply it when I have a lot of oily skin and excess sebum. Caution: At first, there was a slight stinging sensation when I used it! But now there's no problem at all. If you have sensitive skin, be careful at first. After using it a few times, you'll get used to it quickly. Texture/Usage: The texture is very hydrating but not at all sticky, and it absorbs well into the skin! It feels great and refreshing! It moisturizes the skin without leaving a greasy residue, which is perfect for someone like me who can't stand that sticky feeling. They say this toner balances the skin's oil and moisture levels well! The oil control isn't dramatically effective, but my skin does look less shiny. This is a really nice toner to use. There are soothing ingredients, so if you have troubled skin, it might sting a bit at first, but it gets better with continued use. Overall: First of all, my excess sebum has decreased a bit. Even in the dry fall and winter seasons, as long as I apply a good hydrating serum or cream afterwards, my skin doesn't feel overly dry. I recommend this to oily, acne-prone, troubled skin types! Be sure to follow up the toner application with a moisturizer right away. If you just use the toner and go, your skin will feel very tight and dry. If the purpose of the toner is moisture and moisturizing power, this toner is not recommended. If you're going to use it, make sure to properly moisturize! It is lightweight and has good cleansing power. It is moisturizing. I have been using it for over 10 years. There were no troubles and it didn't seem to have any particular downsides. The discount rate was a bit up and down, I suppose? - be*********Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 4, 2025
It's wonderfully hydrating, replenishing moisture while also controlling sebum. As someone with combination skin that tends to get oily, I trust this toner to keep my complexion balanced. While everything else is great, the only inconvenience I found was having to pour the product onto my palm for application. Here's a handy tip: I bought an empty mist spray bottle from Daiso and transferred the toner into it. Now I can simply spritz it on, which completely eliminates the hassle of pouring it out each time. - kf********Combination SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 24, 2025
I think this toner might not be too bad after all I'm not sure, I don't reach for it often. It's just too expensive to buy without a good reason - gu*********Oily SkinAcne SkinEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedApr 1, 2025
With its lightweight formula and non-sticky texture, it's especially recommended for oily skin types. Seems perfect for the upcoming summer season. Nothing particularly negative to mention. The main drawback is the limited accessibility of the Paula's Choice brand itself. - le*********Oily SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 4, 2025
Though it's on the pricier side, I can't seem to find a product that matches up to this one. I've been using it for years and still haven't found a suitable replacement. It absorbs well and has a great texture when applied. Highly recommended for those with oily skin! Despite using it for a while, I just can't seem to get used to the scent. I wish it had a more pleasant fragrance. - eh*********Dehydrated SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 3, 2025
As someone with combination dehydrated skin, this product completely eliminated my deep dryness, leaving my skin hydrated. I didn't experience any side effects like blemishes, and it even reduced the oiliness around my nose. The price is a bit higher than I expected. It would be great if they could increase the quantity for the same cost.
