I love how smoothly it applies and how moisturizing it feels. The color is great too. It's perfect for those quick trips out when I just want to throw on some sunscreen and add a bit of life to my dull lips. The color comes out so naturally, which I really appreciate. The staying power isn't great, so you'll need to reapply often, and it does transfer easily. Think of it more as a tinted lip balm rather than a long-lasting lipstick. - su**********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinDark CirclesRecommendedDec 7, 2024
This lip balm has a firm texture that's perfect for a subtle, natural lip look. It glides on smoothly and feels gentle on the lips. The scent is so subtle you can barely detect it unless you're really up close. I absolutely adore the deep green case - it's such a stylish touch! I honestly can't think of any downsides. If I had to come up with something, I'd say I wish there were more of it! - ss*********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 28, 2024
I decided to give this a try due to its affordable price and decent ingredients. The color is versatile and doesn't look out of place on my deep undertone. The application feels a bit stiff. Rather than gliding on smoothly like a lip balm, it feels more like applying a matte lipstick. - gk********Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedOct 16, 2024
03 Glory Red has a slightly orange-tinted red hue. When applied to the lips, there's not a huge difference, but compared to the stick color, the red tone and pigmentation are a bit weaker, which is slightly disappointing. The swatch photo shows the color after 7-8 applications, so when actually applied to the lips, it's quite subtle and barely noticeable. It glides on smoothly and moisturizes well, making it a great lip balm. The color is so light that you can consider it non-staining. 02 Rose Red: A subtle and natural color with a slightly pink-tinted red lip balm 03 Glory Red: A red lip balm with a slight orange tint 04 Red Velvet: The brightest and most vivid red lip balm among the four colors 05 Brick Red: A red lip balm with a slightly darker brick-like hue compared to the stick color When comparing all four colors side by side, there are slight differences in pigmentation. However, when applied to the lips, they all appear quite subtle with minimal differences. If you're looking for more noticeable color payoff, I'd recommend 04 Red Velvet or 05 Brick Red. The weak pigmentation, requiring 7-8 applications for the color to show, is a downside. Also, due to its softness, about 2-3mm of the product doesn't retract back into the tube when you try to put it away after application, which is a bit inconvenient. - oh******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinRecommendedJul 5, 2024
The texture is firm, not soft. It's a deep, clear red that suits warm skin tones well. While the color payoff isn't intense, it's perfect for adding a touch of vitality. It feels light on the lips without any stickiness, making it comfortable to wear. For a lip balm, the texture might be too firm, which could make it a bit draggy when applied to bare lips. The color isn't particularly vibrant. It's best for touch-ups or when you want a subtle hint of color. There's minimal staining effect.
