The biggest advantage is that it's an all-in-one product! I think the best part is that you can wash from head to toe with just one product. It was especially convenient when traveling or showering after a workout. You don't have to pack separate shampoo, body wash, and cleansing foam, as you can just take this product in a travel-sized container. I've been swimming recently, and it was so convenient to just put this one product in my swim bag and use it to shower. The texture is similar to a cleansing gel found in the market, and the fragrance is not too strong, so even those sensitive to scents can use it comfortably. While going to the gym, it was very inconvenient for me to take care of various things, but this one product solves both body and face cleansing! The mildly acidic pH was the best part, as it is "gentle and non-irritating". I sometimes have body troubles, but after using this, the moisturizing care was great and there was no residue left!!! I also liked that it has almost no scent. Heavily scented body washes can sometimes cause headaches, but this product has none of that!! The formulation is mildly acidic, so as you know, it does feel a bit slippery, but since I don't have any aversion to mildly acidic products, I used it without any discomfort!
ConsThe only downside is that this product may be a bit too much for use as a shampoo! Since it's an all-in-one, I tried using it as a shampoo as well, but I found it to be a bit drying. Apart from that, it's gentle and works very well as a body and face cleanser :)

Since it's said to be vegan and mildly acidic, it doesn't seem harsh, so I used it without burden, and there's no trouble or irritation - it's really gentle and mild! It's an all-in-one, so when I travel or go out, I can just bring this one and it'll be enough. This product actually has a large capacity, so you might wonder if I can just bring this when traveling... But when you pack shampoo, foam cleanser, body wash, and so on, the quantity adds up, and it ends up being more troublesome than just bringing this one. With this, it's just a breeze. The scent is so lovely!!! Not too stimulating or artificial, it's a subtle herbal scent?? So there's no aversion to using it, which is a big plus.
