My husband has always used this shampoo, so we've continued using it even after getting married. It feels refreshingly cool when washing, and unlike other products, it doesn't cause any blemishes or bumps on the scalp.

I had bleached my hair and dyed it with squid ink, and when I used this shampoo, the first one or two times, black water came out.
It wasn't even the first time I washed my hair after dyeing it...

I also tried it because my hair was falling out a lot and my scalp was thinning. 
First of all, the lather is incredibly abundant, so even for short hair, just half a pump is enough to cover the whole head.
After using it, I felt a refreshing sensation and my scalp felt really clean, like it was thoroughly cleansed.
It gives a feeling of effectively holding on to the hair, preventing further hair loss.
It also has a calming effect, which I really like.
Although the initial chemical-like smell was a bit unpleasant when I first started using it, I got used to it over time and it became fine.

Don't apply it directly on your head. Rub it in your hands first, then apply it to the sides, front, and back. You can usually get it done with just one pump!

There were no regrets. My boyfriend has been using it for a few years.

While the refreshing feel after washing and the strengthened hair texture are great, some might find their hair a bit stiff as a result. Using a conditioner or hair essence is a must.

It's perfect for oily scalps - even 24 hours after washing in the evening, my hair doesn't feel greasy or develop any odor. I've tried almost all the lines in the Ts shampoo range, but the white pump version seems to reduce hair loss the most and makes my hair feel stronger. Plus, it leaves my scalp feeling refreshingly clean, as if I've just exfoliated.

For sensitive scalps, it seems to be a bit hit or miss - some people find it suitable, while others don't. Unfortunately, it made my scalp slightly itchy.

It's my first time trying this, and I'd say my satisfaction level is moderate for my scalp. However, all my friends who've used it are quite pleased with it.

Considering the price, the amount seems to run out quickly, so it might not be the best value for money.

I tried this after using another anti-hair loss shampoo that caused dandruff, and it's great - no dandruff issues at all. While I don't have hair loss, I'm using it preventatively and it seems to be working well.

While it's marketed as an anti-hair loss shampoo, I'm not sure if it really helps with hair loss! Also, it's quite pricey, so I wish they'd have sales more often! Moreover, the scent might be hit or miss for some people! It's an herbal scent, but it smells like artificial herbs.
