The gentle ingredients feel great, and it's pleasant to use since it doesn't irritate the scalp. Since it's not particularly cheap, it can be a bit costly for everyday use. My husband has always used this shampoo, so we've continued using it even after getting married. It feels refreshingly cool when washing, and unlike other products, it doesn't cause any blemishes or bumps on the scalp. There's nothing particularly negative to mention. The TS shampoo is very famous for its anti-hair loss properties! I also tried it because my hair was falling out a lot and my scalp was thinning. First of all, the lather is incredibly abundant, so even for short hair, just half a pump is enough to cover the whole head. After using it, I felt a refreshing sensation and my scalp felt really clean, like it was thoroughly cleansed. It gives a feeling of effectively holding on to the hair, preventing further hair loss. It also has a calming effect, which I really like. Although the initial chemical-like smell was a bit unpleasant when I first started using it, I got used to it over time and it became fine. Those with a somewhat strong odor and sensitive scalp may become a bit irritable, so it is not recommended. I had bleached my hair and dyed it with squid ink, and when I used this shampoo, the first one or two times, black water came out. It wasn't even the first time I washed my hair after dyeing it... This is something you might want to be mindful of!!

My hair is thick and curly, so it doesn't lather well, but this one has a consistently creamy lather, so washing my hair is enjoyable. The scent is nice, and it's dense, so it doesn't seem like I'm wasting shampoo. There were no regrets. My boyfriend has been using it for a few years. Don't apply it directly on your head. My scalp gets especially oily in summer, but this shampoo controls the odor on my crown and keeps oil at bay until nighttime. The scent is pleasant, and it doesn't make my hair stiff, so I'm on my nth bottle now. It does control oiliness well, but it feels a bit pricey. The cleansing effectiveness and texture are great. It's excellent for oily skin types. I've noticed a reduction in dandruff. It doesn't lather up as much as I expected. I have an oily scalp, and even though I wash my hair once daily, I still get dandruff. My scalp gets itchy, and when I scratch it, hair falls out. But since switching to the TS shampoo, there's been a noticeable decrease in dandruff, itchiness, and hair loss. Highly recommended! The downside is that it's fragrance-free, which is a bit disappointing. It's perfect for oily scalps - even 24 hours after washing in the evening, my hair doesn't feel greasy or develop any odor. I've tried almost all the lines in the Ts shampoo range, but the white pump version seems to reduce hair loss the most and makes my hair feel stronger. Plus, it leaves my scalp feeling refreshingly clean, as if I've just exfoliated. While the refreshing feel after washing and the strengthened hair texture are great, some might find their hair a bit stiff as a result. It's my first time trying this, and I'd say my satisfaction level is moderate for my scalp. However, all my friends who've used it are quite pleased with it. For sensitive scalps, it seems to be a bit hit or miss - some people find it suitable, while others don't. I tried this after using another anti-hair loss shampoo that caused dandruff, and it's great - no dandruff issues at all. While I don't have hair loss, I'm using it preventatively and it seems to be working well. Considering the price, the amount seems to run out quickly, so it might not be the best value for money.
