Hygienic glass container Unique texture - it clumps together like jelly Thanks to this, you can spread it over your entire face with relatively little product The real deal-breaker is that if you apply just a bit too much, the finish becomes incredibly sticky. It's not that it absorbs well, leaving skin feeling firm - instead, you're left with an unpleasant stickiness on your face. What's worse, this sticky feeling lasts for hours. Were they trying to create a pore-tightening effect with this stickiness? If so, I couldn't really tell. The pore-minimizing results were underwhelming too. Overall, I wasn't impressed! The reviewer appreciates the packaging and unique texture of the product, which allows for efficient application. However, they strongly dislike the sticky finish that occurs with slightly heavier application. This stickiness is described as uncomfortable and long-lasting. The reviewer questions if this texture was intended to have a pore-minimizing effect, but notes that they didn't notice significant improvements in that area. Their overall impression of the product is negative. - a0**********Normal SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedMay 5, 2025
The ampoule has a pudding-like consistency, which is nice because it doesn't run all over. I've been using it for about two weeks, and while I haven't noticed any dramatic changes, it seems to help with blemishes. If I usually get about 70% of my usual blackheads, after using this, it's more like 45%. After it absorbs, my skin feels a bit dry, and I think it might be causing some dead skin cells to form. - bk*******Dry SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedMay 1, 2025
I thought it would be a liquid formula based on its appearance, but it turned out to be a gel texture. The packaging is so pretty and trendy that it could easily double as a decorative item on your desk. When applied, it gives a cool sensation and absorbs cleanly into the skin, leaving a matte finish. The scent is natural rather than artificial, making it comfortable for those with sensitive noses to use. The Apple Beginner Ampoule is designed for pore care. Its ingredients are plant-derived: Green apple extract helps with dead skin cells and sebum control, improving horizontal pores, while apple cider vinegar tightens pores and improves vertical pores! While it's on the pricier side, I personally found it better than the Onion Ampoule. I recommend getting it when it's on sale. For areas where pores are a concern, like the cheeks, use the Apple Vinegar Ampoule. Apply it focusing on the T-zone or any specific areas you want to target for care! - ij********Combination SkinRecommendedApr 27, 2025
It has a nice consistency - not too thin, but with a good viscosity that I really like! I apply it after my basic skincare and along with my serums. Since it's not runny, it gives a more intense feeling of hydration! I have combination skin, so I apply it to my dry areas and forehead. There's no irritation, and it's great for layering two or three times! The price is a bit steep, but the packaging is so pretty that I keep it on my vanity, which makes me reach for it more often! - s8*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedFeb 10, 2025
1. The gel-like texture is easier to apply than runny serums, making it more user-friendly. 2. It has an almost unscented fragrance! 3. I experienced a whole new world as soon as I applied it. My skin felt instantly tightened! It's like applying a sticky note - it feels tacky at first but quickly disappears, making it great for makeup application. It definitely seems to help makeup adhere better and appears effective for pores. 1. Some people might find the tackiness a bit sticky, but it dissipates quickly. 2. Given the unique texture, it might be challenging to use more than half the product. Even now, it's a bit difficult to draw up with the dropper. A tube format might have been more convenient than a serum bottle. After lightly prepping the skin with toner, apply the serum. Allow it to absorb until the tacky feeling on your palms diminishes, then follow with an emulsion or moisturizer. - in*******Combination SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsEnlarged PoresRednessFeb 9, 2025
Absorbs well and has great application. Even better that it's almost fragrance-free. It has a light texture like a typical serum, even lighter than an emulsion but heavier than a toner. Absolutely no reduction in pores whatsoever! Zero effect. Expensive for something that doesn't work. Won't be repurchasing. - gu******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedJan 17, 2025
It has a unique gel-like texture that forms on the skin. The formula is quite intriguing. While it does have a fluid consistency, it tends to flow in clumps. I haven't noticed any immediate visible effects from short-term use. However, this product is designed to address vertical, horizontal, and sagging diagonal pores all at once, so I plan to use it consistently to see long-term results. Unfortunately, the amount is less than I expected, which means it runs out quickly. This makes it difficult to repurchase regularly. - sm*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityNov 7, 2024
The water jelly-like texture is bouncy yet doesn't drip, making it easy to apply directly on the face. When massaged in, you can feel the hydration, and although there's a slight tightening sensation at first, it absorbs quickly without any residue, which I loved. The square glass case with one side cut off not only looks pretty when lined up with other products from the same brand but also makes it easy to identify the product at a glance. I tried the green hydrating ampoule and liked it, so I bought all the varieties. However, the pore ampoule doesn't show immediate effects, so even after finishing one bottle, I didn't feel particularly impressed. The jelly-like texture was interesting and nice, but whether due to the dropper or not, it came out in tiny, interrupted drops, which was inconvenient. Also, during the changing seasons, when I used only this product between toner and cream, my skin felt a bit dry, so I had to add other products. - jj********Dehydrated SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedOct 28, 2024
I could see my pores visibly shrinking. This is the only product I use now, it's that good! The dropper doesn't reach the bottom of the bottle. When it's almost empty, I have to turn it upside down and struggle to get the last bits out. - lh*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedOct 26, 2024
I tried a sample and loved it so much that I decided to purchase the full-size product. I'm usually skeptical of products that claim to minimize pores, but this one seems to actually work in tightening them. While using it, I haven't experienced any blemishes, and when I let it absorb fully and then apply a generous amount of moisturizer, my skin feels incredibly firm the next day! There's nothing particularly disappointing about the product, but I wish the dropper was a bit longer. I find it works even better when you use a sebum softener to clean out your pores before applying!
