It's great that I can get my magnesium while enjoying something tasty instead of just taking pills. The flavor is really pleasant and easy to eat! When it's on sale, the price is more reasonable, but I just noticed the regular price is quite steep. Apart from the cost, I don't have any complaints.

It seems like you need to take two or three to see results. I chose this over pills thinking it might absorb faster. It's convenient to take and would be great for those who dislike swallowing tablets. Considering the content, it's on the pricier side, so it's not something you can take casually. It's convenient to carry them individually, and I loved the tart cherry flavor with a clean aftertaste. The daily dosage seems a bit low... After taking this, my eye twitching has reduced a bit. The effects are good. It's expensive. While the effects are good, it's a product that makes you hesitate before buying.
