When humidity is high, most products make my skin oily and sticky quickly, but this one absorbs well immediately and doesn't sit on top of the skin. Due to the heavier feel after the product's reformulation, I probably won't repurchase it anymore. This is my fifth time repurchasing this product. It seems to suit my skin perfectly. I haven't found another product that provides such excellent hydration and soothes my skin as well as this one does. Perfect for replenishing deep hydration in the morning. It's a refreshing water-based formula with a great balance of absorption and moisture. The texture leaves almost no oily residue, making it versatile. I find myself reaching for it so often that I'm already on my second bottle. There aren't any notable functional benefits, so I use it more as a daytime serum before makeup rather than as part of my nighttime routine. For those with dry skin, applying this and then layering another serum on top works wonderfully.

Works well as a moisturizer for combination dehydrated skin without feeling heavy. The lightweight formula makes it great for summer use too. Unfortunately, everything feels disappointing after the reformulation. The previous version had a more water-like texture with no stickiness, but the new formula feels heavier and slightly sticky. While it's not overly bothersome, the lack of stickiness was a big plus for combination dehydrated skin, so it's a letdown. Despite being called 'Madecassoside 2x', the new product doesn't seem as effective for blemish marks as the original, which had noticeably good results. It's gentle, so it doesn't cause any blemishes. It absorbs quickly and doesn't feel sticky. While it's mild, I didn't notice any other benefits. I used it daily, morning and night, for 3 weeks. It's great to use for hydration. You could even turn it into a mist for added convenience.
