The person I share it with leaves residue all around the container opening. If you're not careful, it gets messy and dirty. The ingredients didn't agree with my skin, so I only used it on my body.

The packaging seemed sparse, with just this lone item. When I opened the product, I could visibly see it was quite empty. So I poured it into another empty bottle of the same volume I had at home, and sure enough, it wasn't the full amount (photo attached). Even if it's a sample, the volume is off, and it feels like someone's used product was sent. It's extremely disappointing. Using opaque containers to deceive customers is insulting to consumers.
