The person I share it with leaves residue all around the container opening. If you're not careful, it gets messy and dirty. The ingredients didn't agree with my skin, so I only used it on my body.

The packaging seemed sparse, with just this lone item. When I opened the product, I could visibly see it was quite empty. So I poured it into another empty bottle of the same volume I had at home, and sure enough, it wasn't the full amount (photo attached). Even if it's a sample, the volume is off, and it feels like someone's used product was sent. It's extremely disappointing. Using opaque containers to deceive customers is insulting to consumers. I'm really, really upset about this.
