It makes my hair soft and smooth. The scent isn't bad either, and the packaging is pretty. I've experienced significant hair loss since using this product. Don't believe the positive hype in their promotions. It seems the ingredients aren't great, as I've started experiencing hair thinning after using it. You're better off using K*ne products instead.

It really does live up to its claims - it adds volume and cleanses effectively! The scent is a bit strong, though it doesn't seem to last long. For an anti-hair loss shampoo, I'm surprised by how intense the fragrance is.
