The vintage-inspired case is adorable. I never really understood what 'breaking down' meant until I used this product - now I get it! Despite trying various products, I never quite grasped the concept of 'settling into pores' until this one left my nose looking messy. The shade is too dark for me, and while it initially applies smoothly and feels hydrating, it starts to crack over time. It definitely feels more moisturizing and adheres better than other cushions when applied! It's perfect for a foundation-free, natural look! Controlling the amount is crucial - use sparingly! I absolutely love this! I used to use a squeeze-type foundation, but I decided to try a cushion format on a whim. The finish on my skin is so beautiful - even prettier than my $80 foundation! I'm definitely sticking with this. I wish they offered refills! While the original product isn't too expensive, it starts to feel pricey when you keep repurchasing. I'd really like to be able to buy refills. For best results, first apply it all over, then use concealer to cover any blemishes, and then apply another layer. The skin finish will be legendary! It's perfect for applying as a primer before going out. The product absorbs well and the puff has a nice, bouncy texture. It would be great if they sold refills separately. Reason for purchase: I was looking for a cushion that could naturally brighten my complexion without standing out too much at school. I decided to buy this since I've been using and loving Numbuzin's Velvety Skin Serum. Product impression: It definitely evens my skin tone, giving me a radiant complexion. I use it daily and it's become a favorite of mine. I didn't experience any blemishes, and my super sensitive skin didn't feel any irritation when using it, which I'm really satisfied with. True to its 'porcelain skin' claim, it gives a beautiful glow. From a distance, it really makes your skin look flawless! I'm using it confidently for the new semester. Lastly, I absolutely adore the packaging... It's so pretty, I'd keep it just for that. It feels like holding a small, round pebble in your palm. So cute! I love it. The downside is the lack of coverage... I knew this when I bought it, but I was still surprised when it accentuated my skin texture and the blackheads on my nose. If you're expecting good coverage, this isn't for you. As you can see in other reviews, there's oil floating on the surface. When you first use it, skim off a bit of the oil and pat the cushion puff vigorously to mix it well. That should do the trick. It's a disaster if it gets dusty! Maybe because of the mesh? It's hard to clean and gets dirty easily. Be careful not to drop the puff when using it... Don't end up like me. Lastly, since I have oily skin, it did feel a bit rich. I highly recommend it for those with dry skin, but not for those with extremely oily skin or those who dislike any oiliness at all. I'm using it well enough though! Be careful when skimming off the oil! After reading reviews, I tried to remove it all at once and ended up reducing the product amount... Gently skim it off and pat the puff inside to mix it well. Be careful! This would be great for those with naturally smooth skin lacking in glow. It doesn't cause blemishes, and while the coverage is low, it gives a beautiful porcelain-like glow. I've purchased and used nearly 10 bottles of this product. It's my go-to thanks to its natural redness coverage and lightweight application. When initially blended well with oil, one bottle lasts about two and a half months with daily use. I'm also satisfied with the two included puffs. Perfect product for a foundation-free look! Much less artificial than regular cushions, it creates a naturally smooth, porcelain-like complexion that's beautifully radiant. With its lightweight, sheer formula, I'd recommend this to those with relatively even skin texture. Given its light and thin texture, it doesn't offer much coverage. The staying power and adherence are excellent. It lasts so long that you can apply it in the morning and not need to touch up until evening, with no darkening. For first-time use, as described, there's a lot of oil separation. It's best to mix it well. The brightening effect is truly impressive! It doesn't seem to cause much irritation. I'm using it as a substitute for sunscreen~ The case feels like a plain old stone... It doesn't seem to make your skin look beautiful??
