As someone with very oily skin, I had been using matte foundations. However, due to lack of sleep, my makeup started to separate. That's when I tried this cushion. It's wonderfully hydrating, covers pores well, and absorbs beautifully into the skin. As someone with a bright cool complexion, I love how this makes me look radiant. The puff is delightfully firm and bouncy. For a product claiming to give a glow, the luminosity is underwhelming. After drying my hair, it leaves noticeable marks. Without using a brightening moisturizer, it causes severe darkening, leaving my face looking muddy by evening. It's a real pain when touching up makeup. It settles into pores terribly. You have to press and spread it to cover pores, which is frustrating. Even for touch-ups, you need to keep pressing it in. It also tends to pill - no matter how much I exfoliate, it rolls off like flour dough. It's drying, and the packaging is too bulky to carry around conveniently. It's wonderfully hydrating. The large size allows for quick application. It offers good coverage. The size makes it a bit inconvenient to carry around. Honestly, I'm having trouble finding any real drawbacks.
