  As someone with dry and super sensitive skin, I apply a hydrating moisturizer as a base and then layer on the Blibli Bakuchiol. It glides on smoothly, and the moisturizing effect afterwards is simply delightful! My skin is extremely dry, so I usually layer multiple hydrating products. However, with just my regular moisturizer and this Blibli product, my skin feels deeply hydrated. It's amazing! When I apply it before bed and look in the mirror in the morning, my complexion appears brighter and more even. Above all, the fact that it's gentle enough for sensitive skin is probably its best feature.

  I've been using it for about two weeks, so I think I'll need to use it a bit longer to see any noticeable effects on pore reduction.

  I was disappointed that retinol couldn't be used during the day, but this product is much less irritating and I loved that I didn't have to worry about washing it off quickly before sun exposure in the morning. My skin was extremely dry due to the changing seasons, but this has a slight richness that makes me reach for it often. It has a subtle aroma scent that even those with super sensitive skin should be able to use without much issue. I've had to stop using many brightening products with vitamin C in the past due to irritation, so I was worried this might be the same, but even when my cheeks flushed, there was absolutely no burning sensation or tingling.

  Cons

  I'm almost finished with a bottle now, and I don't think it had as dramatic an anti-aging effect as I had hoped. I discovered this product while looking for a retinol alternative, but if you're expecting strong anti-aging benefits beyond hydration, I don't think this product is necessarily worth using.

  Tip

  Use this product right after your toner. Since it has its own richness, you can probably keep the rest of your skincare routine fairly light.

  Texture: When applying, it felt incredibly rich and nourishing! It gave the impression of deeply absorbing all that goodness into the skin. I didn't feel any dryness at all! Irritation: I didn't experience any irritation! Maybe it's because I've been using retinol products regularly, but it was very gentle on my skin. Brightening: While I didn't notice significant brightening effects, I usually tend to get flushed easily due to my skin's heat sensitivity. After using this product, I noticed a significant reduction in redness and my skin texture improved remarkably!

  Cons

  Blemishes: Fermented ingredients don't typically agree with my skin. Although there wasn't any major irritation, I did notice some small bumps appearing. Since this was the only new product I introduced to my routine, and I didn't have issues with my previous products, I can only attribute it to this. Apart from the small bumps, everything else was fine!

  Tip

  After applying the product to your face, use clean palms to press it into your skin, really working it in. You'll instantly feel how rich and nourishing it is!

  While my stuffy nose prevents me from fully appreciating the scent, it's generally pleasant. The texture isn't watery, but it's fluid enough for smooth application. Gently patting it in helps with absorption. A crucial point for me is the excellent dropper - many recent packaging designs fall short in this aspect, but this one is top-notch. I used it with a device, but even without, it slightly alleviates deep dryness. It layers well with other skincare and makeup products without pilling. Interestingly, my sister swiped it for her dorm just two days after I opened it, possibly drawn by the pretty purple color. Finding the product quite nice, I went ahead and purchased it for myself.
