  For a high-concentration niacinamide product, the brightening effects aren't particularly rapid.   Pros

  Vitamin C products often come with a hefty price tag, but this innovative concept's incredible value for money is its biggest advantage. I've used it almost daily for two months without any tingling or blemishes. I could see my skin barrier strengthening and my complexion improving. It absorbs well, and there's a very subtle fishy scent, but it's not bothersome.

  Since vitamin C is said to be beneficial when used in the morning, I applied it in this order: [toner - vitamin C - moisturizer - sunscreen].
