After careful consideration, I started with the 15% formula. The results? I'm absolutely thrilled! My complexion seems clearer, and the best part is how my skin feels after application - it's like it's been given a boost of firmness and radiance before makeup. Plus, there's no pilling with my foundation.
ConsNo complaints so far. The price is reasonable, and I'm happy with the ingredients.
TipPro tip: Wait 1-2 minutes after application for the product to absorb. This prevents makeup from pilling and allows the active ingredients to penetrate the skin more effectively for better results.

Even when I didn't see immediate effects from solo use, I kept using it consistently for 3 months because vitamin C has antioxidant benefits. I believe it's working behind the scenes, and it's affordable too!
ConsNothing particularly bad. For those who feel a tingling sensation, it's normal due to the product's acidity.
TipUsing a mild acidic foam cleanser or toner before application can reduce the tingling sensation! If the tingling persists for several minutes after application, try using it after your skin has recovered. If it still stings for a long time, I recommend switching to a vitamin C derivative. After applying, give it enough time to absorb. There's no point in applying a higher pH product immediately after a low pH one. Alternatively, try layering. Apply once to balance the pH, then apply again on top. There are studies showing that using PHA with vitamin C can be more effective, so if you didn't see results using it alone, try combining them!

While it does require careful application, its smooth texture and excellent absorption don't interfere with other products I apply afterwards. It's definitely a product worth paying attention to in your skincare routine.
ConsWhen I first used it, I unknowingly applied too much and was shocked by how strong the irritation was. After doing some research, I found out that for sensitive skin types like mine, it's better to apply toner first and then layer the pure Vitamin C serum on top. Also, the fact that you need to wait before applying moisturizer and that sunscreen is absolutely necessary means that on busy days when I'm short on time, I tend to skip using it.
Tip• Apply after cleansing with a low pH cleanser • If you can't use a low pH cleanser, apply toner first to balance your skin's pH • Sunscreen is a must!

I gave it as a gift to a friend with super sensitive skin, and she said she felt a slight warmth! There's a bit of stickiness too. I'm not sure about deep pigmentation, but is it just my imagination that the early signs of dark spots seem to have faded? I used it for two weeks, and when I met my mom after that time, she asked if I was wearing makeup! I'm taking that as a sign my complexion has become clearer, so I'm going to keep using it consistently! Given its nature, you need to use it quickly, and I appreciate that they even send usage precautions.
ConsThere's a bit of irritation, I guess... and the need for refrigeration... At least the cool feeling from refrigeration is nice.

This was my first time trying pure Vitamin C, and I loved the affordable price point. First off, I noticed an improvement in my complexion. It's not like I went from shade 21 to 19, but there's definitely a brighter, clearer look! Initially, I felt a slight tingling, so I mixed it with my moisturizer and also applied it as the final step. Now that my skin has adapted, I use it in the first step, but I still do a quick pat before applying. While not perfect, it has noticeably faded my acne scars. I alternate this with retinol every other day, and I find this serum suits me better. It seems to calm my skin more effectively when I get blemishes. (As mentioned in the tips section, it pairs well with the Resurrection Plant mask.) In the photo, the heart marks where it calmed my skin (taken 4 days later). While Vitamin C brightens, I felt it was even more effective at soothing my skin! I was hesitant to try an expensive product for my first pure Vitamin C, but I'm pleased it works so well for me.
ConsSince I've only used one bottle so far, I haven't found any particular drawbacks.
TipI use it only in the afternoon: 1. Hyaluronic acid toner 2. Vitamin C serum (apply lightly, wait 2 minutes, then apply a bit more generously and wait) 3. Resurrection Plant sheet mask 4. Resurrection Plant cream This routine works wonders! (I had some blemishes around my mouth and nose, but they significantly reduced by the next day) On days without a sheet mask, I still wait at least 2 minutes for better absorption before applying moisturizer, as recommended.
