The small portion size makes it perfect for those times after you've overindulged - it helps ease that guilty feeling. Plus, the gummies are so delicious you'll want to snack on them even when you're not trying to counteract a binge. Considering the price, the quantity is disappointingly small. I've tried 2 out of the 12 sticks and they're delicious and filling. The stick format makes them easy to eat. I can't really think of any downsides yet, but if I had to pick something, it would be the price.

When I feel a bit uncomfortable after eating, taking one of these seems to speed up digestion and makes my body feel lighter. I really liked that I could eat these gummies like a snack, unlike the pills which had an unpleasant taste and made me feel queasy after taking them. It was great that I could easily eat them without water. When I opened the packet, a strong pomegranate aroma wafted out, and they tasted pretty good too. The gummies had chia seeds embedded in them, which added a nice texture, though I don't think there were enough to help with feeling full. I enjoyed the chewy consistency, and I found that keeping them in the fridge and eating them cold made for a nice diet-friendly snack alternative. After taking them for about a month, I'm not sure about their effectiveness. I didn't use them for very long, but I didn't notice any difference before and after taking them. When I'm craving a snack, this really hits the spot. It's so satisfying that I don't feel the need to look for anything else. It's even more delicious when frozen! I love that you can eat it frozen. It's great as a snack too, and each pack is quite generous in size. It's pricey, so I only buy it when it's on sale. The only downside might be the recyclable waste it produces.
