It's convenient to buy at Olive Young and other stores. I usually stock up when there's a buy-one-get-one-free deal! It's a bit sweet, so drinking it all at once can be a bit much. But if it's for solving constipation issues...

Also, this product is on the pricier side among prune juices. Compared to other products, it's slightly higher in calories as well. Drink it cold on an empty stomach in one go, and make sure to drink plenty of water afterward! First-time users should start with just half the serving.
