The sweetness comes across as a bit too strong for my taste. I tried this because it was supposed to help with weight loss. I've been taking it for two years. It was delicious while I was consuming it, so I ate a ton. Turns out, my wallet went on a diet instead! As for how to take it, you just mix it with water. You probably already know that, but let me tell you - it's tasty. It's really delicious.
