I tried this because it was supposed to help with weight loss. I've been taking it for two years. It was delicious while I was consuming it, so I ate a ton. Turns out, my wallet went on a diet instead! As for how to take it, you just mix it with water. You probably already know that, but let me tell you - it's tasty. It's really delicious. It's almost like a heavenly lemon iced tea! It's expensive. Ridiculously expensive. And it doesn't help you lose an ounce. But it's tasty. Yet so pricey. Seriously, it's outrageously expensive. There's no discomfort when consuming it, but the effectiveness is lacking. And did I mention it's incredibly expensive? With its lack of results and sky-high price, even though it's delicious, I couldn't help but think I'd be better off buying lemon iced tea powder from the dollar store. It doesn't make you gain weight, tastes delicious, it's healthy, and dissolves well in water! It has an artificial taste, so I don't think it's really that helpful for dieting. You can even make a tasty highball by adding half a shot of soju to 120ml of ice water! The prices vary wildly across different websites. You really need to keep an eye out for good deals and snag them when they're cheap.
