There's no discomfort when consuming it, but the effectiveness is lacking. And did I mention it's incredibly expensive? With its lack of results and sky-high price, even though it's delicious, I couldn't help but think I'd be better off buying lemon iced tea powder from the dollar store. It's absurdly expensive, doesn't help with weight loss, and doesn't do anything at all!
