Personally, I find the taste to be the most ambiguous among the four. It has less of a milk tea flavor and tastes more like a mix of cereal, protein, condensed milk, and cream.

It has the lowest calorie count among the four varieties. The smooth and pleasant texture makes it a good choice for preventing chapped lips.

The shape looked like crushed chocolate cookies pressed back together, so when I first opened it, it didn't look very appetizing. Although it wasn't a hard texture and was easy to chew, it crumbled easily, leaving a powdery residue, which was a bit disappointing in terms of texture. Also, while I don't dislike milk tea, I'm not a huge fan either, so when mixed with the cookie flavor, it became overly sweet for my taste.

I often used to eat cereal bars when it was hard to have breakfast in the morning, but replacing them with protein bars made me feel like I was taking better care of my health. I used to think, 'Isn't protein just for people who work out?' But since my meals were mostly carbohydrates, even though it's only 7g, it felt like I was getting some much-needed protein supplementation.

Personally, I find this flavor less appealing compared to the others.

It's convenient and satisfying. The price is affordable, and it contains protein.

It's a bit disappointing that the milk tea taste isn't as pronounced as its aroma.

I tried one of each type of Lab Nosh protein cookie bars. The milk tea flavor has a delightful, fragrant aroma. The texture wasn't soggy at all, which was quite nice.
