Among the varieties, this Black Cookie suited my taste the best. I usually don't prefer chocolate flavors or scents, but this one has a balanced cocoa and cookie taste without being too sweet. I was pleased that it contains 4g of protein without the typical dry, chalky texture often associated with protein products. The size is smaller and more precious than expected. It seems to have the best taste and it's really sweet. It's great as a snack! The protein content is lower than expected and the sugar content is high. It's a bit too much to eat every day.

I liked that I could satisfy my snack craving while getting a protein boost at the same time. Most varieties of the Lab Nosh protein bars are extremely sweet, which might make it difficult to eat them regularly.
