Then I stumbled upon an Instagram ad for this emulsion. The ingredients list looked amazing, not just the panthenol, so I bought it in April anticipating warmer weather. Even my trusted Squalane cream from SNature started to sting, so I stopped using all my skincare for 1-2 weeks and only used this Panthenol emulsion. My skin barrier recovered significantly! That alone makes me want to repurchase. I'm planning to switch my entire routine to Today With products. It really feels like the fundamentals of skincare done right. While it's not widely promoted yet, I'm torn between wanting to keep it my little secret and wanting others to experience its benefits. It's very hydrating, so you can apply it generously and it all absorbs. Before absorption, it feels slightly sticky like hyaluronic acid products, but there's no oiliness. If you pat it in, it absorbs quickly, and I follow up with a light layer of moisturizer.
ConsI usually prefer tube packaging for emulsion creams. While the large pump bottle is very convenient, you might need to turn it upside down to use it all up. Sometimes, the emulsion near the opening can dry out and come out clumpy.
TipFor those with combination dehydrated skin, I'd recommend using this Panthenol emulsion with a Cica ampoule in summer. For spring, fall, and winter, try the Panthenol cream with a nourishing ampoule for extra hydration. The large size also makes it great for using small amounts on body areas like elbows.

It's gentle enough for even those with blemish-prone, super sensitive skin to use without concern! The lightweight texture absorbs well, and I love that it's fragrance-free. It seems suitable for use with babies, and I'd recommend it for those with extremely sensitive skin like mine! The price is quite reasonable for this amount too.
ConsThe downside of pump dispensers is that product residue around the nozzle can dry out, affecting the next use.

I'm also prone to small bumps, so I put a lot of effort into my skincare routine. Overall, I'm really satisfied with how this product works for my combination dehydrated skin. 1. It doesn't cause pilling when applied before makeup. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Some products don't absorb well and cause pilling before makeup, but this one has a slightly thin texture that absorbs quickly and leaves a moisturized finish. I love that the most! 2. It's fragrance-free, making it great for layering with other moisturizers. Being unscented, it's perfect for layering other moisturizers on top of this emulsion. I also appreciate that it doesn't feel heavy on the skin. 3. It applies smoothly and provides great hydration. When I first tested it on the back of my hand, I was worried the thin consistency might not be moisturizing enough. But contrary to my concerns, it's incredibly hydrating. I think this product alone would be sufficient for spring, summer, and fall. For winter, you might want to add a touch of moisturizer or nourishing cream on top. The finish is moisturizing without being sticky, which I'm really happy about! Overall, I think this would be a great daily product for all skin types! It seems like mastering the basics is the hardest thing to do, but this product really nails the fundamentals while being clean and effective. I'm 100% going to repurchase when I run out – I'm truly loving using it!
ConsWhile the pump packaging makes it convenient to use, one downside is that product residue can build up and harden around the pump opening, requiring frequent cleaning to maintain hygiene. It would be great if they offered two versions with different packaging – one in a pump bottle and another in a tube, with varying sizes.
