My combination dehydrated skin gets oily in the T-zone after half a day, but feels dry underneath. I used to have lots of tiny bumps on my forehead, but they've reduced with age. Now they only appear occasionally. Packaging: The pump bottle design, often used for body lotions, is great! When my skin was super sensitive, I'd be careful not to touch anything after washing my hands before skincare. The pump makes it much more hygienic and convenient! Ingredients: With my somewhat sensitive skin, I love that it's free from fragrances, dyes, and irritants, plus it contains 5% panthenol to protect the skin barrier. It feels safe to use! Texture and Moisturizing Power: It glides on smoothly at first, then feels firmer after absorption. I love that firming finish! Unlike watery products that evaporate quickly, this seems to lock in moisture. My skin tends to crack in winter, but not with this! The barrier-strengthening ingredients must be working their magic. We'll see how it holds up in harsher winter conditions. Oh, and my skin feels smoother and firmer - maybe it's not just my imagination? This is why we need to care for our skin barrier!
ConsWhile I'm generally satisfied, if I had to find some downsides: Absorption Time: It takes a bit to fully absorb, feeling slippery until then. I can't layer eye cream immediately, and need to pat it in for a while. But it's manageable. Limited Effect on Blemishes: My usual forehead bump routine involves 1) tea tree skincare, 2) drinking lots of water, and 3) frequent oil blotting. My bumps had flared up, possibly from skipping the tea tree products or not drinking enough water. This cream didn't calm them down, so I'm using a separate tea tree emulsion on my forehead. While it doesn't cause blemishes, it's not particularly effective at soothing them. However, it's great for dry, clear areas!
TipPro Tip! Since it takes time to absorb, it's best to apply small amounts and pat it in gradually for better absorption!
