I used to get blemishes so often, which were itchy and painful. But this cream is amazing for calming the skin! Even when applied generously, it absorbs quickly within minutes. There's no stickiness at all, and it makes my skin feel firm and adheres well. What I love most is that there's no itching when applied, and it has a slight cooling effect which feels great! My skin is already quite sensitive and prone to irritation, so I often experience itching and tingling with other products. However, with the Bring Green Artemisia Calming Gel Cream, there's absolutely no irritation. It's so gentle that I can use it frequently without any issues. The quantity is less than I expected, so it runs out quickly, which is disappointing. That's the main drawback. Since you have to scoop it out with your fingers, the hygiene aspect is a bit concerning. It would be better if it came in a tube format. If you apply it generously like a sleeping mask in the evening, you'll wake up to super soft skin in the morning! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinMar 31, 2025
This product is great for a light application. While there's no immediate effect, I felt my skin becoming much calmer as I applied this cream. I bought a two-pack at Olive Young, finished one jar and I'm currently using the second. For dry skin, applying just toner and this cream can be a bit drying, but it's perfect when you layer a light emulsion or serum underneath. The cream absorbs well without feeling heavy. I got it on sale, so the price was reasonable too. I recommend it for its lightweight texture! There aren't any major drawbacks. However, using this alone might be a bit drying for those with dry skin. It seems to work best when layered with other products. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinMar 27, 2025
The price is reasonable, so you can apply it generously. When you put it on, you can feel a soothing effect. The jar packaging is inconvenient. It would be better if it came in a tube. The scent is more like glue than mugwort, which might be divisive. I once got a chemical burn from handling chili peppers, but after applying this moisturizer, it got better. It seems to have a real calming effect! - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinFeb 8, 2025
Duration of use: About 3 months Application: It's the epitome of a moisturizing and cooling soothing gel Absorption: It absorbs well, leaving the skin hydrated without any rich feeling, and you can really sense its calming effect The instructions say to apply it as the final step, but for my combination dehydrated skin, using it last didn't provide enough hydration, so I applied it in the middle of my routine I especially love using it when I do a modeling mask - I mix in a spoonful, and it leaves my skin so hydrated and soothed. My skin has really improved! Highly recommended! - Hwahae UserCombination SkinJan 23, 2025
I'm on my second bottle. It's gentle and non-irritating, making it perfect for generous application. There's a slight cooling effect and it's soothing, so when I apply it after removing makeup on tired skin, it feels like it's calming everything down. The formula is lightweight and quite watery, so its long-lasting hydration effect seems a bit weak. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinJan 14, 2025
This product seems great for hydration and soothing the skin when needed. While it does calm the skin, I'm not sure if it's particularly effective for blemishes. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinDec 7, 2024
It's wonderfully hydrating and soothing! I used it with an oil blotting sheet mask. When I applied it generously and then put on a Daiso green tea oil blotting sheet, it removed excess oil while leaving my skin moisturized and smooth. I really loved the results! While I personally liked it, I think the scent might be a hit or miss for some people! - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinDec 4, 2024
I snagged two of these for just over $3 each during Olive Young's Black Friday sale. While it doesn't have any standout features, it's a gentle, soothing, and lightweight hydration cream. Thanks to its gel texture, it feels non-greasy and does a great job of replenishing moisture. The only downside I noticed was that it felt slightly lacking in deep hydration. It seems to work even better when used alongside other Bring Green products, creating a synergistic effect. - Hwahae UserDry SkinNov 8, 2024
The combination of mugwort and ceramides creates a deep moisturizing effect, replenishing hydration and strengthening the skin barrier! Bring Green's Mugwort Cera Calming Moisture Gel Cream has a low-viscosity gel texture that absorbs beautifully, enveloping the skin in softness. It thoroughly hydrates and soothes irritated skin, leaving it feeling comfortable. I love how it's moisturizing yet has a fresh finish! I can't really think of any downsides. It has great moisturizing power and it's a cream I use regularly. - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinSensitive SkinNov 4, 2024
It's a gel cream in a jar container. The scent is a subtle mugwort fragrance. I was worried it might be sticky before absorption, but I was pleasantly surprised by how light and non-sticky the finish is. It feels like it has low oil content but high hydration. It's lightweight yet moisturizing without being dry, so I think even my combination dehydrated skin could use it in winter. When my skin is super sensitive, I apply it generously like a hydrating mask before bed, and the next day my skin feels soothed. With its non-sticky finish, adequate moisturizing power, and how comfortable it makes my skin feel, I find myself reaching for this cream often. The only downside is that the jar container doesn't come with a spatula, which is a bit disappointing.
