It really helps when I'm absolutely exhausted. It makes life a bit more manageable. I love that it contains milk thistle, which is known to support liver health. I don't think I've seen any other liquid supplements with milk thistle in them. It's great that I can buy this at Olive Young. I took it when I was really tired before that day, but I didn't feel any effect at all. I love that you can take both the pills and liquid together - seems to really boost the effectiveness. The yuzu flavor makes it quite palatable too! It's easy to drink even on an empty stomach without causing heartburn. The texture is smooth, not too thick, and it has a pleasant orange juice flavor. The price was reasonable too! There wasn't anything particularly bad about it. It's just pure brilliance, impossible to find fault with... Newcan is truly exceptional.
