I took zinc because I heard it's good for inflammatory acne, but I'm not really sure if it made a difference. After taking this, I noticed acne appearing along my jawline and neck... When I stopped taking it, the breakouts stopped too. I wish I had realized this sooner, as I took it for about 3 months. I know it might work differently for everyone, but this product just didn't agree with me. - wi***Combination SkinSensitive SkinInner DrynessRecommendedMar 27, 2024
I've been taking zinc supplements instead of multivitamins after hearing they help reduce internal inflammation. Regardless of age, it seems to decrease breakouts and even ease menstrual cramps, so I take them consistently. There's no unpleasant taste or smell - they're actually flavorless. The small size makes them easy to swallow. Though they're a bit pricey, I'm satisfied because I feel like I've seen improvements since I started taking them. There's absolutely nothing to complain about. Zinc pairs well with probiotics or biotin supplements. - oh*******Combination SkinAcne SkinRecommendedNov 30, 2023
It may seem a bit pricey, but the results are so good that I find myself using it frequently I think it's even better to take occasional breaks to prevent building up a tolerance - gh***Combination SkinSensitive SkinNov 29, 2023
I tried this because I heard zinc is good for reducing inflammation. While there's no dramatic effect, I feel like I'm getting fewer major blemishes? If you take this on an empty stomach, you'll definitely experience nausea. This is probably true for most zinc supplements, but you should take it after meals. Even when I took it after eating, I sometimes felt nauseous. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedNov 9, 2023

It's not easy to find zinc products, but this one is readily available in stores I had a tough time when I took it on an empty stomach. Make sure to take it after a meal - ja******Dry SkinAcne SkinRednessRecommendedNov 4, 2023
As someone with dry skin, I bought this more for immune support rather than acne control. It's a Jarrow product, and I was pleased with the affordable price. Just a heads up, don't take it on an empty stomach! Other than that, I didn't find anything particularly disappointing about it. - kn********Dry SkinRecommendedNov 1, 2023
I love that it's affordable, which is a big plus. And the pill form makes it super convenient to take! Honestly, I haven't found any downsides yet. It's even easy to swallow, which is great. - dm*******Oily SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 31, 2023
I was looking to supplement zinc specifically, and when I saw Jarrow had it, I bought it right away! It's a vitamin group directly linked to immunity, and it's said to help with skin and hair too. I've been taking it regularly, and I'm happy with both its effectiveness and value for money! There wasn't really anything disappointing about it. Just hoping for more sales in the future! I'm taking this supplement because it's said to be good for acne and immunity. While zinc can be obtained from food, I'm hesitant to consume high doses. This product has a lower zinc content, making it easier to adjust my intake. The pills are also tiny, so they're super easy to swallow! There's nothing bad to say. It's affordable, you get a generous amount, and it's convenient to purchase.
