1. Irritation
Occasionally, when my skin is super sensitive, I feel a slight burning sensation. I think it might be due to the retinol. Fortunately, it doesn't cause any blemishes.

2. Price
I usually buy them from my regular store or during Hwahae sales for about 15,000 won for 10 masks, but elsewhere they tend to be a bit pricier.

1. Effectiveness
This is truly my favorite face mask. I've recommended it to several people, and some even said it's like they've just had a facial at a spa.

After using it, my skin condition improves dramatically. Makeup applies beautifully, and even without makeup, you can visibly see the improvement in skin condition. I've bought 5 boxes of this... My friend tried it too, and one day I noticed she had stocked up a whole box at her place. That's how good it is.

There's nothing particularly bad to mention. While it says it's for pores, I use it for its great hydration. Pore care is an ongoing process anyway.

I use The Ordinary's Glycolic Acid as an exfoliant, but I find it incredibly irritating and it stings. So I mix it with other toners. The Ordinary products were uniquely harsh for me, even though I don't have sensitive skin. I can use things like Real Barrier without issues, and even if I get irritated, it's just temporary redness that calms down quickly with a soothing mask. I have dry skin that doesn't break out easily unless it's too oily.

  Given my skin type, this mask wasn't irritating at all. I noticed some reviews mentioning irritation, but even after using The Ordinary and then this mask, I didn't experience any burning sensation. I guess it really varies from person to person.

  It's very hydrating and definitely leaves my skin feeling smoother afterwards. Though they serve different purposes, I prefer this over the Mediheal Madecassoside mask.

Before winter makeup, I loved using the mask sheet to cool down my skin, letting it absorb fully, then applying moisturizer. The cream absorbed really well this way.

It's not a overnight mask sheet, unfortunately. 
The runny serum texture made it too dry for using just one mask sheet before 6-7 hours of sleep.

After removing the face mask, I expected my skin to be hydrated and full of moisture over time, but instead, it felt like the rich, thick serum was just sitting on top of my skin.

I have extremely dry, dehydrated, and super sensitive skin.

The texture feels like a blend of essence and serum, with the mask sheet soaking up the fluid formula. 

It's closer to a rich serum than a quickly absorbing one, making it more suitable for use before applying winter moisturizer rather than in summer.

I was pleased that it didn't cause any blemishes the next day, which sometimes happens with masks that don't suit my skin :

Compared to other masks, after using this one... I felt like something was coming up on my skin. I thought I shouldn't use it again. I guess the ingredients don't suit my skin. But since it's not really the product's fault, I'll give it 3 stars.

The price is a concern. Also, since pore and wrinkle improvements don't show up overnight, it's hard to tell if there's been any real improvement.

My skin is oily and prone to small blemishes. I was worried about using a product with retinol since my skin was already acting up, but surprisingly, it wasn't as irritating as I expected! However, if you have super sensitive skin, you might want to avoid this. While it's marketed for pore and wrinkle improvement, I didn't expect much in terms of soothing effects, but it was better than I thought! I felt a cooling effect as soon as I put the sheet on. Overall, it seems like a decent product.

Given its effectiveness on wrinkles and pores, I tried it on my mom and she loved it. Consider using it with your mother too!

The amount of essence is absolutely insane... It's so generous that even after using the mask, I had enough left over to apply the next morning!

2. Mask Adherence
The adherence is truly exceptional. It doesn't budge at all, and the mask is thoroughly soaked in essence, staying moist and snug on your face for ages!

3. Skin Improvement
While retinol is known for improving wrinkles and pores, I noticed that after using it for 2-3 days consecutively, my pores seemed slightly tightened! Even if you're not targeting pores specifically, this mask leaves your skin incredibly soft and smooth, making it great as a general hydrating mask too!
