I tried it together with Cosmetic Warrior and the rose scent was too fragrant. The texture felt like a mud pack, and as someone who loves mud packs, I really enjoyed it. If it weren't for this product, I wouldn't have been able to finish the Cosmetic Warrior jar.

So far, the Lush masks I've tried have mostly been the type that dries and hardens, but this one feels like a super bouncy rubber mask. Maybe that's why after using it, the sebum and oil seem to disappear, and my face feels like it's been 'sealed' in a way. Personally, I found it works best if I do a light exfoliation and let my moisturizer sink in before applying this mask. That way, my skin ends up feeling super hydrated. I like to apply the mask over my moisturizer, rinse it off, and then do another light skincare step on top - that really locks in the moisture. + If I don't do that prep work, it just feels like a powder layer on top of dry skin, which can actually make it feel more tight and uncomfortable.
Cons
The price is a bit high compared to the amount, and the short shelf life means I have to use it up quickly. That's why I tend to just get the Lush lotions and only use the black pots for the masks.
