There's not really anything to complain about, but personally, I can't really tell the difference between this and the gold version.

I take these whenever I see them, and they really help with digestion. They taste sweet and pleasant too.

The downside is that it's quite a bit pricier than the gold version. Lacto-fit products are hard to justify buying without a sale. I couldn't really tell much difference from the gold one. I know we should take probiotics consistently, but I admit I skip days sometimes.

I switched from the yellow gold product to try this new one. The taste is pretty similar to the gold version. All Lacto-fit probiotics seem to taste great. It's like a grape-flavored yogurt, but a bit more tangy. It's super convenient to carry around and eat on-the-go. My whole family enjoys it - everyone's a fan!
