I take these whenever I see them, and they really help with digestion. They taste sweet and pleasant too. There's not really anything to complain about, but personally, I can't really tell the difference between this and the gold version.

The taste is pretty similar to the gold version. All Lacto-fit probiotics seem to taste great. It's like a grape-flavored yogurt, but a bit more tangy. It's super convenient to carry around and eat on-the-go. My whole family enjoys it - everyone's a fan! The downside is that it's quite a bit pricier than the gold version. Lacto-fit products are hard to justify buying without a sale. I couldn't really tell much difference from the gold one. I usually take the Royal version because the basic one doesn't do much for me. It's definitely better than the basic! I make sure to include probiotics in my routine. It's great that the whole family can use it regardless of age, and its delicious taste makes it easy to take daily It's a bit inconvenient to open every morning, but everything else is good I think it's more effective when taken in the morning rather than in the evening!

They're both once-a-day supplements, taste pretty similar, and have about the same effect on keeping me regular! There's nothing particularly disappointing about it. When I finish this bottle, I'm thinking of trying the Slim version next.

They taste great, help with regular bowel movements, and are just fantastic. If I stop taking them, I really start to experience constipation. There's nothing particularly lacking about this product. This product made a comeback after being discontinued! It has a grape flavor (like the artificial grape flavor in candy). I bought it recently (July 2023) from Traders and have been using it. At first, it caused intense bloating, making me think probiotics weren't for me. But my brave mom and sister kept taking it daily and said it was great. So I tried it for 3 consecutive days, and surprisingly, my stomach felt more comfortable. Still, if I skip a few days and start again, the bloating returns! Anyway, seeing how it stabilizes over time suggests it's effective, so I'm unexpectedly very satisfied. It has a grape scent and taste that's quite palatable. Though it's a powder, the serving size is small. Sometimes I even wish I could have more! On the first day of taking it, you might become a bit gassy. I'm not sure if it was just our family, but all three of us were surprised on day one. Check your schedule - after the first day, or from the second day onwards, it gets much better quickly. It has a delicious green grape scent! Being a Lacto-fit product, it's widely available and easily accessible. The convenient packaging makes it easy to carry around, so I remember to take it regularly. Unfortunately, it's been discontinued... I recently bought it at E-mart Traders. Despite being called 'Royal', I didn't notice any significant difference from other Lacto-fit products in the series.
