I bought several of these from Hwahae Market and gave them a try. At first, the results were impressive, but now I'm not so sure. The effectiveness seems to be gradually diminishing. I applied this as an emergency treatment for blemishes around my nose caused by wearing a mask. The results were fantastic, and most of the blemishes disappeared after use. I'm satisfied with both the feel and effectiveness of the product. However, it's a shame that the quantity is so small. I couldn't find any particularly positive aspects. Perhaps the only good thing is that it didn't cause any skin problems when applied. My skin was in pretty bad shape with sudden blemishes and red marks, so I decided to try this well-known product first. Unfortunately, it didn't help much. I bought it as part of a set with a serum and used it consistently for about two months, but it didn't improve the appearance of my blemish scars. What's more, unlike typical ampoules, this product has a watery texture similar to a toner. It just runs right off when applied to the skin, so it doesn't absorb well at all. It seems this product didn't meet expectations for treating troubled skin or providing effective hydration. The watery consistency made application difficult and ineffective. I've used this product before, and I remember liking how the formula was watery and not sticky. I bought it because it's called a "blemish ampoule," and I did notice my blemishes gradually fading. It's hard to see dramatic results from using this product alone. I used it together with the Pation Trouble Serum (or was it an ampoule?), which was quite effective for blemishes. However, it wasn't incredibly effective for fading marks, and the green color left a slight tint on my skin. It seems like this product works best when used with other Pation products, rather than on its own. It works wonders when applied to areas where blemishes have popped up or after extraction! The soothing effect is almost immediate. I found that using it together with other products from the same line really boosted its effectiveness. The price is truly wicked, so I couldn't stock up on it, unfortunately. The ingredients are great and gentle. It absorbs quickly, making it easy to use with other serums without any issues. The price seems a bit high for the amount you get. I bought two bottles during an Olive Young sale, but now I see it's even cheaper on Hwahae. While there's no dramatic effect, I've noticed fewer blemishes since using the COSRX line. When applied, it gives a slightly cooling sensation, making it perfect for summer use. If you tend to have warm skin, I highly recommend this product! It absorbs quickly too! Since it's a squeeze-type ampoule without a dropper, I sometimes end up applying too much, which can make my skin feel sticky.

The Pation Blemish Scar Ampoule absorbs well into acne marks thanks to its excellent application. I love that it's suitable for oily skin types without feeling heavy. Another big plus is that it's gentle enough for sensitive skin, causing minimal irritation. After using it for a week, I haven't noticed any significant changes yet. It seems like long-term use might be necessary to see improvements in scar reduction. Also, the price feels a bit high compared to the product volume. I've heard that applying a microneedle patch after the ampoule, or layering a microneedle shot ampoule before this scar ampoule, can enhance its effectiveness.
