Pros
It has good spreadability~ It doesn't really help with dryness since there's not much moisture. It's quite oily, so it should work well for dry skin.
Cons
I was using the 3rd generation product for a while, then tried the 4th generation for the first time. The next day, a red allergy popped up and I was shocked. Every time I applied it, a red allergy-like rash would appear, then turn into a non-drying pustular rash. I stopped using it after two days. My husband used the 4th generation for about a month, I think? He did notice some redness when he first started using it, but he didn't think much of it. Now he's also developed the same non-drying pustular rash like I did. It's the same red, pustular rash for both of us ㅜㅜ I used to really like Kiehl's, so I'm going to try switching to their lotion instead ㅜㅜ

My skin felt softer and more moisturized even a week after using it properly.
Cons
But I'm not sure if it was just my imagination, my skin seemed to react right away after applying it. Those with sensitive skin may not find it suitable.

Since Kiehl's is such a well-known brand, I naturally thought it would be good, so I purchased it.
Cons
But after using it, my skin, which had never had any skin troubles before, was turned upside down... There was a burning sensation and itchiness. ㅠㅠ

Pros
The product applies smoothly and leaves the skin feeling moisturized. After application, the skin felt comfortable.
Cons
If you have even slightly sensitive skin, do not buy this product. I used it once in the morning and liked it, so I used it again in the evening. The next day, my skin immediately turned red and small bumps appeared all over my face. The skin on my cheeks became overly sensitive, and the soothing ampoule and cream I usually use did not help calm it down. It even became dry. And even though I bought it thinking it would be moisturizing, it's actually quite drying. I recommend not purchasing this.
