However, the texture itself isn't stiff but rather soft, so it absorbs well. Finish: The finish isn't sticky but rather leaves the skin feeling smooth. After application, it doesn't feel heavy or tacky, but instead light and fresh - perfect for this weather! I'd recommend it as a summer sunscreen! Effectiveness: With its high SPF and PA++++ rating, you can use it with confidence. From my experience, I didn't notice any tanning or burning, so it seems to provide good UV protection. As someone who burns easily, I'm satisfied with this level of protection! Sensitivity: I have sensitive skin prone to dermatitis and blemishes, but I didn't experience any major issues with this product. It didn't cause any breakouts, redness, or irritation.
ConsAmount control: If you don't control the amount well, you might experience some pilling or clumping. You need to be careful with application. There's also a slight white cast, so if you really dislike white cast, I'd recommend trying a different product.

It creates a slightly powdery finish that makes your face look fresh and matte!
ConsThe powdery look actually means it's drying. After being out and about, you really feel the dryness when you get home! Also, if you apply it over a cream, it tends to pill quite a bit. It might work better if you let your skincare absorb well before applying. Plus, in an attempt to prevent pilling, I tried using just one serum and one cream before the sunscreen, but it still caused white flakes to appear. It's far too drying for my skin. I really love this brand's cream, so this is disappointing.
TipThe Jennybell cream tends to pill a bit if you apply sunscreen right after. It seems you need to let the cream absorb thoroughly before applying.

I'm hooked on this lately! At first, I wasn't used to tone-up creams and thought it might pill, but now I prefer it over mineral sunscreens with white cast. I tend to apply a lot of sunscreen, so to avoid looking too pale, I first use a hydrating sunscreen without white cast, then finish with this tone-up sunscreen for a bright and matte finish. It works hard to even my skin tone and give me that Inner Glow! Additional note - I tried the renewed product... While the original was good, this one was supposed to be more hydrating, which got me really excited. However, it feels richer than I expected. It might be better to apply it in small amounts in multiple layers. It may reduce deep dryness, but it seems to sit on top of my skin a bit, so it might not be the best fit for me.
ConsWhile the volume is generous, it's a bit pricey without a sale. The renewed product has a smaller cap, making it difficult to stand upright. It keeps falling over, which is inconvenient.
TipWhen you first apply it, you might be surprised thinking it's too white, but if you gently pat it in with your hands and then give it another pat with a puff at the end, you'll achieve a natural brightening effect that evens your complexion.
