Out of all the aegyo-sal liners I've tried, I love the color of this one the most! I think I'll stick with it from now on. I've been searching for that perfect pink-beige shade that's not too white, not too red or dark, but just right in the middle - and this cool beige is spot on! It's so good! (It's not a cool pink, but more of a neutral, peachy pink-beige tone.) I've previously used TLTC's aegyo-sal liner, TEUKEUK's beige, and NOVEB's cool-toned liner. While I liked TLTC's color, its application was really poor. It was so stiff and hard to apply... (though it did have amazing staying power because of that). TEUKEUK's shade was too yellow for my usual cool-toned makeup (though it applied well, had medium staying power, but I think even warm-toned folks might find it too yellow). NOVEB's application was great, but the color was too white. Since I don't like emphasizing my aegyo-sal too much, it ended up unused. (It had above-average staying power.) BBIA's liner has a middle-ground application - not too stiff, not super smooth, just right in between. Its staying power is decent enough that I don't worry too much about the application. The only downside is that it can clump a bit when applying. It occasionally applies in small clumps, which is a bit disappointing. However, I'm so pleased with the color and staying power that it's officially my holy grail! If you're looking for a natural pink aegyo-sal liner, I highly recommend the cool beige shade! - Hwahae UserOily SkinSensitive SkinJan 15, 2024
I have a condition where I'll die if I don't brighten my aegyo sal! Other products were either too white or had a yellowish tint that didn't suit me, but Cool Beige is exactly as described - a pinkish beige or light pink? It's perfect for swiping on as an aegyo sal base. It's also ideal for filling in the under-eye area. The application isn't super smooth or effortless, but it's not uncomfortable at all. It definitely has better adherence than the Too Cool For School Prota-ju, so the staying power is quite good. Since it's shimmer-free, I can apply it liberally for a subtle makeup look on my daily routine days. I wouldn't recommend this for those with very fair skin as it might not show up at all. For those with darker skin tones, it might look a bit ashy, so I'd advise against it. It's slightly matte, which can cause some creasing in under-eye wrinkles, and it tends to clump if applied to the inner corners of the eyes. You'll need to gently blend it out. Be careful, as the product can break easily if you apply too much pressure. Using this as a base and then layering your point color on top enhances the color payoff and improves longevity. I like to use this as a base and then apply Pink Quartz on top - it's a winning combination!
