The cica ingredients help soothe the skin, and it feels refreshingly cool when applied after cleansing. I love how it cools down my skin! The dual-sided pads are great for exfoliating dead skin cells, and the fact that they're split in two makes them perfect for placing on the nose area. These toner pads had far more advantages than drawbacks! I used them frequently because they're split for convenience and provide excellent soothing effects. - no******Normal SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 28, 2025
These exfoliating pads also have regenerative properties, which were great for managing ingrown hairs after body waxing. Using the pads to remove dead skin cells from my legs worked quite well. Those with sensitive skin should be cautious. Even though it contains cica ingredients, it's still an exfoliating pad that can cause physical irritation. - cj*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 4, 2025
First off, my skin type is sensitive and combination. Regarding the ingredients: they're great! The packaging is excellent with its clip, and you can split the pad into two, which really increases the amount you get! As for effectiveness: each side of the pad has a different texture, with one side having a gauze-like surface. Gently wiping problem areas with this side effectively removes dead skin cells. I even use it to exfoliate my lips. Be careful around the eyes - if the liquid gets in, it stings quite a bit. Use with caution in the eye area. Since it contains acid, I avoid using it as a leave-on treatment as it might be too harsh. I only use it as a wipe-off product. - o_*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedApr 4, 2025
- Can be torn in half for use - One side is soft, the other is gauze, making it suitable for both masking and exfoliating toner application - Don't see any major advantages as a mask - The gauze side can be slightly irritating - ks*******Dehydrated SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedApr 3, 2025
I have combination dehydrated skin with large pores in the T-zone and butterfly zone, and I'm on the sensitive side. I've always been mindful of exfoliation since it's said to help with hydration and overall skin care. However, I was wary of overdoing it, as that can damage the skin barrier and lead to enlarged pores. These peeling pads with AHA, BHA, and PHA ingredients seem to be a convenient solution. The square-shaped pads are surprisingly easy to use, feeling like a larger version of a cotton pad. They're big enough to cut along the center line and use each half separately. I like how the exfoliating ingredients work better when left on for a bit before wiping. The tightly sealed lid keeps the essence from drying out, allowing use of every last pad. For peeling pads, these aren't particularly soft. While some texture is necessary for exfoliation, I was hoping for less irritation. It's disappointing since these are toner pads, and you can't really use them without the actual pads, can you? I noticed that vitamin products seem to absorb better after using these pads. Also, I found it beneficial to use one pad for cleansing, then cut another in half and leave the pieces on my cheeks for extra treatment. - he********Dry SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 3, 2025
One Thing Cica Peeling Toner Pad Review I always prioritize centella asiatica extract for skin soothing, so I trusted and used this product containing over 50% of it! The dual-sided pad with a gauze side and a cushion side was great for using according to different needs. I bought these pads after using the toner, and I think they're pretty good. Since it has exfoliating properties, I wouldn't recommend it for those with a damaged skin barrier or super sensitive skin types as it might be too harsh. - ko******Combination SkinRecommendedApr 3, 2025
I loved how convenient it was and how the essence kept my skin hydrated! The price is a bit disappointing, so I'll probably look for a more affordable alternative. - fl***********Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRednessRecommendedApr 2, 2025
This clever product can be split into two parts for use. The cica ingredient is great for caring for skin blemishes. The lid doesn't seem to close tightly, which makes me a bit uneasy. - ju*********Dry SkinSensitive SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedApr 2, 2025
First off, the case is absolutely gorgeous, and the pads are square-shaped. There's a dotted line in the middle, making it easy to divide. It's super handy when you want to apply it to your chin or specific areas. The feel is light and refreshing on the skin. If I had to nitpick, the essence isn't overly abundant. However, it's not lacking either, so it's not a major disappointment. At first, I didn't realize you had to twist the lid to open the case. It would be helpful if there was an arrow or some indication on the case. - dl********Oily SkinAcne SkinRecommendedApr 2, 2025
These pads are perfect for skin with dead skin cells before applying makeup. They really help makeup adhere well! For those with super sensitive skin, daily use might cause irritation over time.
