First off, for someone like me with combination dehydrated skin and deep dryness, this product was just okay! It felt gentle, probably due to being low-irritation, but ultimately it was so-so. However, I appreciated that it didn't have any strange scents, and even though my skin has been super sensitive lately, it didn't cause any irritation, which was great. The best part? It was perfect for my mom who has extremely sensitive skin! She usually sticks to her tried-and-true products, but after trying this once, she absolutely loved it. She said the foam wasn't excessive, it was gentle and non-irritating, and left her skin feeling moisturized afterwards! I was a bit disappointed with the lather - it didn't seem to foam up well? Since I'm sensitive to friction, I had to use more product than usual. This made the cleansing process a bit tedious.. However, my mom, who was thrilled with the product overall, loved how gentle it was, so I think this aspect might be hit or miss. Oh, and I noticed that the ingredients list wasn't entirely impressive~ - Hwahae UserNormal SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 23, 2024
I deliberately used this product for a full 2 weeks before writing this review. The packaging itself is quite nice. The silver reflective surface looks sleek and doesn't feel cheap or prone to getting dirty, which I think is appropriate for a cleanser. The texture is thinner than I expected, especially compared to the thicker formulas that are common these days. The scent is pleasant - it has a mild, natural herbal fragrance without any artificial notes, which I actually prefer. During use, I didn't experience any blemishes. It lathers well and cleanses effectively. What I loved most was how it significantly reduced the feeling of tightness after washing. It gave me a sense of soothing my skin. It's definitely a gentle formula. Like others have mentioned, the wide opening combined with the thin consistency makes it easy to dispense too much product. If you're not careful, a lot can come out at once. Rather than relying on this cleansing foam alone for a perfect cleanse, I'd recommend using an oil cleanser first, followed by this product as your second step. This two-step method will likely give you much better results. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinFeb 20, 2024
• Effective for skin prone to small blemishes • Helps soothe acne-prone skin • Impressive lather (keeps foaming when wet - fascinating!) • Pleasant, natural fragrance • Great for both morning and evening cleansing • Recommended for daily use • No skin tightness after cleansing • Sleek design • Works well for dry skin • Affordable price (seems to go on sale frequently) Check out the first two photos to see the texture of the cleansing foam! • The large opening can sometimes dispense more product than intended • Shelf life is 6 months after opening Use a foam net or foaming device to create rich, luxurious lather - Hwahae UserDehydrated SkinAcne SkinSensitive SkinFeb 19, 2024
Despite being a foam cleanser specifically for acne, it's not irritating at all! I love how it creates rich, dense lather that allows for a gentle yet effective cleanse. What's particularly great is that after washing, there's no tightness - the skin's oil and moisture balance feels just right. The scent is pleasant too, not overpowering but subtly nice, making each wash a delightful experience. Most importantly, I'm satisfied because it significantly improved my blemishes. The results weren't immediate, but after using it for over a week, I noticed gradual improvement. It's excellent at removing impurities while still being gentle, so I've been using it with great satisfaction. I wish it left the skin feeling a bit more hydrated after cleansing. It feels slightly dry, so some extra moisture is needed. For best results, work up a rich lather before cleansing your face with the foam. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinAcne SkinFeb 17, 2024
Scent: The fragrance is subtle, making it suitable for everyone. It's almost unscented, or if I had to describe it, it's like a very faint soap scent. You can basically consider it fragrance-free! Texture and Feel: While it doesn't produce an abundance of foam, its gentle formula makes it comfortable to use. I had a hormonal blemish (not a bacterial one), and it calmed down overnight. Recommended for mild acne-prone skin! Cleansing Effectiveness: It's perfect for those looking for a foam cleanser suitable for light makeup removal or daily use. While it's not strong enough to remove heavy makeup, it contains BHA which is excellent for exfoliating dead skin cells and removing excess oil, making it ideal for acne-prone skin to use gently. Product Packaging: The opening is too wide, making it difficult to control the amount dispensed - even a slight squeeze releases too much product. Improving the packaging would enhance the user experience! Cleansing Power: Its cleansing effectiveness isn't exceptionally strong. It's great as a first cleanser for acne-prone skin without makeup, but on days when you wear color cosmetics, I recommend using it as a second cleanser after an oil cleanser or cleansing water. Recommended for morning cleansing and those with mild acne-prone skin!
