It's like a sparkling peach drink in a bottle! Even my personal trainer highly recommends kombucha. At first, I thought it wouldn't taste good since it's tea, but it's actually super sweet and delicious! They say it helps with digestion too, so I'd recommend it for anyone trying to lose weight. I honestly can't think of any downsides. It's affordable, low in sugar - simply the best drink out there! It's delicious! Highly recommended for those with constipation issues. Kombucha definitely helps with regular bathroom visits. It's refreshingly zingy, making it a great substitute for carbonated drinks. You can easily pick it up at Hwahae or Olive Young. It might be a bit mild on its own, but mixing two sachets gives it a richer flavor.
