As others have mentioned, it's not lightweight but rather has a rich texture. Applying it to your neck might help with wrinkle improvement. This serum is great for layering multiple times. It's on the richer side in terms of oil content! As you can see in the photo, I dropped a single drop and lifted my hand - it truly doesn't drip down. It seems perfect for winter use, and as someone with super sensitive skin, I experienced no irritation! Since it's a functional product, rather than using it frequently, it might be best to mix it with other serums or use it a set number of times per week. While it's generally good and inoffensive, there's a noticeable scent, probably due to the rosemary oil. Having dry and sensitive skin, I always research product ingredients, and this little gem has some really skin-friendly components. I applied it after my evening cleanse and basic skincare routine. It's highly concentrated, so I initially planned to use just a drop or two, but it absorbed so well that I ended up patting in a bit more before bed. Come morning, my skin wasn't just hydrated - on days when I forgot my sunscreen, I noticed my skin was less irritated than usual. Given my profession, I typically need sunscreen year-round to prevent skin irritation, but since discovering this product, I worry less on those occasional days I forget my SPF. It seems to deeply hydrate and strengthen the skin barrier... Personally, I prefer sweet scents, but the 'master' of our house (probably referring to a pet) usually can't stand it when I wear sweet fragrances. Interestingly, they didn't react to this one at all. Seems like they approve... Though the scent might be hit or miss for some people. Also, the price seems a bit high for the amount you get... I recommend applying a bit more than the suggested amount. Authentic rosemary scent As someone who grows rosemary, I was impressed by the fresh rosemary fragrance that hit me as soon as I applied the product. It genuinely felt like real rosemary was used abundantly. The scent was delightful, and I felt the product quality matched its aroma. 2. Hydration Initially, I thought it might not absorb well, but within seconds of application, I could feel it sinking into my skin. I genuinely felt my skin becoming more hydrated. 3. Anti-counterfeit measures and tamper-evident seal I appreciated the QR code on the packaging that verifies the product's authenticity when scanned. This made me feel secure about using a genuine product and added a touch of luxury to the experience. 4. Wrinkle improvement The combination of moisturizing and anti-aging ingredients seemed to visibly reduce my fine lines. I noticed some improvement in my wrinkles. It felt slippery at first, but I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it absorbed. This made me feel it's an excellent serum for deep hydration. The fragrance was overwhelmingly strong, which was off-putting despite it being a pleasant scent. I also think it lacks sufficient moisturizing power for winter use. Furthermore, I didn't notice any particular soothing effects or improvements in wrinkles, unfortunately. The texture is slightly runny, like thin mucus, but it absorbs well. That's probably why it spreads easily when applied! The scent is rosemary, which I found a bit strong. Because of that, I was a bit worried it might irritate my skin, so I didn't reach for it as often... That said, it's not an unpleasant smell, just a rosemary fragrance! The scent itself is nice. Considering the price, 30ml seems like a small amount. Light hydration: I believe it's crucial for serums to absorb quickly without leaving a sticky residue, and this product does just that! It sinks in lightly without any stickiness on my skin. We couldn't find anything that caught our eye until we came across this one. The ingredients and its ability to maintain skin's oil and moisture balance seemed promising, so I applied to be part of The Hwahae Testers. With winter making my skin feel rough and dry, creams weren't cutting it. But using this serum along with Hanyul's essence toner and layering multiple skincare products has helped lock in hydration that used to evaporate quickly. Now my skin feels more moisturized for longer. My usual cushion foundation tends to be drying in winter, but it works fine with this serum underneath. The texture is like a runny gel, and I love that it comes with a dropper for clean application. I think this will be really useful for spring, seasonal transitions, and winter. The scent is neutral - while it's technically unscented, the green bottle color made me think of a forest. I wish it made my skin feel a bit more elastic. It could use a bit more moisturizing power. However, it's great as a light, hydrating serum for winter use. It's perfect to use before bed or before applying makeup!
