1. The color is beautiful and it absorbs well on the lips. 2. It's great for layering with other lip tints. 1. The staying power is weak, so you need to reapply frequently. 2. If you have dry lips, make sure to use it with a lip balm! - go******Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedFeb 17, 2025
This is truly a holy grail product! The texture is perfectly balanced between dewy and matte, creating a beautifully ideal finish. Absolutely no downsides. I'm seriously considering buying this in bulk - like, millions of bottles! - 9g***Dehydrated SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesEnlarged PoresNov 2, 2024
This is an incredibly warm-toned lip color. After it stains, it seems to take on an even more orangey hue. For those with darker, autumn-deep lip tones, this lipstick adds just the right amount of vitality without darkening your lips further. So far, I haven't found any drawbacks. It stains well and I'm quite pleased with it. - at*********Normal SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJun 16, 2024
As someone with a warm undertone (spring grayish), this color is a perfect match, so I'm stocking up and using it regularly. It absorbs well and provides great hydration. The fragrance is also lovely. Rather than a downside, I'd say the staying power is a bit weak. Since it absorbs well into the skin, I tend to apply it more frequently. For warm skin tones, this is just a go-to color you can trust. - ju**********Combination SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 9, 2024
No yogurt-like residue Long-lasting wear Beautiful color The thick packaging makes it inconvenient to carry Feels a bit heavy when applied to the lips - ki************Oily SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsRecommendedMay 12, 2024
Review: Lilybyred Mood Liar Velvet Tint AD - Applies smoothly like a soft, rich mousse - Fills in wrinkles well - Slight staining effect - Blends easily for a natural gradient look - Not too matte, with a hint of moisture - Great color payoff - a little goes a long way (careful with amount!) (Love Call Edition) 02 # Unpretentious Rich is a not-too-deep coral brick shade. Perfect for fall warm tones! Spring warm tones might find it a bit intense. I bought this lip tint when I thought I was warm-toned... just because the color was pretty! (Still used it well though) It's subtle enough for daily wear with a calm vibe. The formula isn't completely matte - you can feel a bit of oil, so lips don't dry out. But it's still a velvet tint, so lip care before application is a must! As a cool-toned person, I won't be using this color much anymore... But when my mom asked if I had any spare tints, I had her try it and it was perfect on her. (Is this... fall warm tone?!) She liked it so much, she asked for it right away. I'll be gifting her a new one soon! So, fall warm-toned folks! Grab one of these for yourself! The scent is quite strong, so those sensitive to fragrances might find it overwhelming. Also, the actual color is much deeper than the packaging suggests, so don't buy based on the outer appearance alone. Make sure to swatch it first! As for transfer... it seems unavoidable due to the formula. Since the color payoff is so good, if you don't like intense shades, apply a small amount to your lips and smudge with a brush. Personally, I think this color looks pretty on its own, but it's even more beautiful when used as an accent on the inner lips. - de********Dry SkinEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 11, 2024
The texture feels so soft and smooth when applying. The sweet and tangy scent lifts my mood every time I use it. For me, this color is too bright red to use as a full lip color, so I only use it for accent. It seems too vibrant for autumn muted skin tones that absorb a lot of color. It might be better suited for those with spring light to autumn muted complexions. - 22*************Oily SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRednessDead Skin CellsRecommendedApr 2, 2024
1. First off, the scent is absolutely amazing... It really captures the essence of lychee perfectly! 2. The texture is slightly rich? It absorbs well and even a light application gives intense color. 3. It doesn't emphasize dead skin cells much and has great staying power. 4. The color is a sophisticated red wine shade. Students might find it a bit bold, so keep that in mind. 5. The case is also beautiful, and I'm using it as a multi-purpose product since it can be used as a blush too. 6. I love how long-lasting it is. Even after eating and doing various activities, it barely faded. 7. There was a slight difference between the color on the case and the actual product. The color is extremely intense! You really need to apply just a tiny bit for it to look pretty. I found using about half the amount of a regular tint gives a nice, attractive look. - ll*****Combination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessDead Skin CellsRecommendedMar 13, 2024
The color is intriguingly unique. It's personally to my taste, but I find it a bit intense to apply all over, so I use a small amount and blend it out. It spreads easily and doesn't feel particularly drying. While it does transfer a bit when drinking water, the staying power is decent. However, it does tend to wear off completely after eating. So far, I haven't found any particular drawbacks with this product. - tp*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsDark CirclesInner DrynessRednessRecommendedMar 4, 2024
It absorbs so smoothly and the color payoff is fantastic. It stays put unless you wipe it off with saliva. Using a tiny amount for a sheer application works great for concealing purple lips. While it's labeled as 'Rich', I'm a bit disappointed that the color is more intense than expected. It's more of a brick shade rather than a rich tone.
