I think I've gone through about 4 or 5 bottles of this product. I've been using it for several years and have never experienced any blemishes or issues. It's gentle and works well for me! I still use it every morning as part of my routine. Since it's mildly acidic, I'm not sure how well it removes makeup, but I like that it's gentle on the skin. It removes makeup without causing blemishes or irritation, which is fantastic. My skin texture has improved, and uneven areas have smoothed out - it's truly my holy grail product. I've bought many cleansing milks and balms before, but they either didn't suit me or caused breakouts, even dermatologist-recommended ones. This one, however, works perfectly for my skin. While I haven't tried it on heavy makeup, it effectively removes light makeup. The price is quite high, so I'm not sure about its value for money.

The texture is thick and rich when applied, but it's incredibly soft and rinses off easily with water. I find the user experience even more satisfying than the Make P:rem Cleansing Milk I used before. The price is a bit higher and the volume is smaller, though. Due to its smaller size, it seems like it will run out quickly. This was my introduction to cleansing milks, and while I don't have anything to compare it to, I'm absolutely thrilled with it! I'm already on my second bottle! It doesn't cause any deep dryness, and the texture is so gentle - I really love it. After cleansing, my skin feels soft and there's no tightness. The cleansing effectiveness is great too, so on days when I've only worn brightening moisturizer, I can finish my routine with just this, no need for a second cleanse! There's not much to complain about, except maybe the price is a bit high...? That's why I stock up during the regular sales!

My skin is so sensitive that there are probably more ingredients that don't work for me than those that do. But I absolutely loved this product! It's an excellent choice, especially for those with sensitive skin. The formula carefully avoids potentially blemish-causing oils, has a good balance of acids for effective cleansing, and has a nice thick consistency that allows for a gentle yet thorough cleanse. Everything from its texture to its cleansing power, scent, and after-feel is great - I can't find any real downsides. Before this, the only cleanser that worked for me was a $100 Sisley cleansing emulsion. I'm grateful to have found this alternative. While it might be pricey for those with less sensitive skin, I'd highly recommend it to anyone who hasn't found a suitable cleansing emulsion yet. For super sensitive skin like mine, this product has been a real lifesaver. When my skin is particularly troubled, I use only this cleansing milk for a few days. The key takeaway is that not all cleansing milks are equally gentle - it's important to check the ingredients and find what works for your skin. I've had to do a lot of trial and error to figure out which ingredients work for me. If you're still searching for the right cleanser, give this one a try. I highly recommend it! And I hope you'll soon find a cost-effective product that suits your skin. The price is the main drawback. I buy it from Hemecohab, which offers free shipping even for a single item and frequent coupons. I also diligently collect points. For a more budget-friendly option, I use Make:prem's cleansing milk, but only for indirect contact like removing wash-off masks. For direct makeup removal, I alternate between Clio mascara remover, Pond's lip and eye remover, Herb Blue cleansing milk, Mamonde cleansing balm, Unik cleansing balm, and Bioderma cleansing oil. 
ji********Combination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedOct 26, 2024The packaging is pretty and the milk cleanser feels moisturizing. It's the most effective cleanser I've tried among cleansing milks. Other milks often leave foundation residue, but this product removes almost everything or leaves no trace at all. I've used Muji and Celimax, but Hepblue caused the least irritation and left the least residue around my nose after rinsing. (Muji has a better scent and is more hydrating, while Celimax is quite harsh) It also gently removes dead skin cells and sebum, though not as effectively as an oil cleanser. Being a milk cleanser, you need to use more product and apply it generously while massaging to remove makeup properly, so the large size is a plus. It doesn't contain aromatic oils, making it suitable for sensitive skin, so I highly- Well, there's not really anything to complain about, and I do recommend this product. However, the Skin1004 Centella Cleansing Oil is even gentler than this cleansing milk! This is my first time trying a milk cleanser after only using oil cleansers. At first, I wasn't sure if it was actually removing my makeup, but it really does cleanse effectively. I love how gentle and non-irritating it is on my skin. I can't say there's anything particularly outstanding about this product considering its price. This is the best cleansing product I've ever used! First off, it tackled the persistent issues I had with dead skin cells, whiteheads, and makeup residue around my nose and chin. After just one use, 90% of these problems disappeared. With continued use, my skin became almost completely free of visible dead skin cells. Regular use of this milk cleanser has made my skin incredibly soft and improved makeup application. While it was most effective on whiteheads, I found that consistent use also seemed to clean out the pores on my cheeks and nose, making them appear smaller and giving my skin a cleaner look overall. The texture is like an ultra-soft cream cleanser, and it doesn't leave my skin feeling tight or dry after use. It's a joy to use, and I think you'll notice the difference as soon as you try it! The only downside is that buying individual units can be quite expensive. The best value comes from purchasing a set of 5. It would be great if they could offer more reasonable pricing for single units or pairs, making it more accessible for those who want to try it out or don't need a large quantity.
