Skin type: Super sensitive, combination dehydrated, living with skin inflammation :( I decided to buy this product because my skin is extremely sensitive, and frequent makeup use always worsened my blemishes and skin inflammation. Unfortunately, my new part-time job requires me to wear makeup for all 5 working days in a customer service role. While searching for a product that wouldn't stress my skin, I found this one with great ingredients, and it was even ranked #1 on Hwahae, so I bought it right away. The biggest advantage of this product is its ingredients! That's the main reason I'm writing this review, which I rarely do. Normally, just 2-3 days of continuous makeup would have irritated my skin, but with this product, my skin didn't feel suffocated, and it was fine even after 5 days of makeup. Even on a night when I was too unwell to remove my makeup before sleeping, I didn't experience any skin issues. I was worried when buying this product, but it's truly a ray of hope for my extremely sensitive skin. It's my holy grail, honestly. The ingredients are great, and luckily it seems to suit me well as I rarely get blemishes or skin inflammation. I'm so happy and pleased... Another advantage is its good coverage. I tend to have redness, but this cushion covers it well. People often tell me my skin looks good when I wear only this cushion! It's like it fills in the skin texture? To be honest, I didn't expect much in terms of coverage since it focuses on ingredients, but I was amazed at how it could have such good coverage while still having great ingredients. It's truly a godsend product for me... Also, even though I'm lazy and don't apply many skincare products due to my sensitive skin, my makeup still seems to adhere well. For someone like me who used to have good skin but ruined my skin barrier by overusing steroid creams from the dermatologist during my student days, and have been living with skin inflammation ever since, this product is truly a lifesaver. While this product is really great for me, there are a few minor drawbacks: Firstly, the shade seems to run a bit dark. I used to use shade 19, but there's quite a difference in tone compared to what I used before. It doesn't seem to make my complexion look particularly pretty. Secondly, right after application, my skin looks really good, but as time passes, it tends to emphasize pores around the sides of my nose. Thirdly, it's disappointing that you can't buy refills separately. Considering that, the price seems a bit high. I bought this in autumn for my combination dehydrated skin with blemishes. The coverage and adherence were both excellent! I don't usually touch up my makeup, but it didn't separate much and even as time passed, it wore off gracefully. It doesn't break down significantly! Even though my skin was sensitive and breaking out, this foundation is made with truly great ingredients. The brand creators have extensive experience dealing with acne, so it never caused any skin issues! I absolutely recommend it. While applying this product, I never worried about it causing more blemishes!! Seriously, just try it once - the coverage is also high!

Cons

However, being a powdery semi-matte finish, it tends to look a bit dry in winter. As with all products in winter, you'll need to amp up the hydration! If it came out as a liquid foundation, we could mix it with other formulas for winter use!!! It's such a shame...

Tip
