Cons- Lacks sufficient hydration for dry skin - Moisturizing effect doesn't last long - The glycerin-like residue when washing hands after application can be bothersome
TipLayer with another cream on top for best results

As I have oily skin, I applied it mainly to problem areas (mostly cheeks) rather than all over my face. While the improvement wasn't dramatic, it did make my skin noticeably better. It stung a little when I first applied it, but from the second use onwards, it felt fine - even gentle. This seems like a great product for dry autumn and winter skin.
ConsThe scent is a bit off-putting, but not enough to be a major issue. It absorbs well, but even hours later, my skin surface still felt a bit slippery.

Cons- Not unscented (scent may be divisive, not particularly pleasant) - Suitable for seasonal transitions and winter, but too rich for summer use - Doesn't absorb well and feels slippery if applied too heavily
TipRecommend applying a thin layer like you would when layering products, as using the same amount as other brands' moisturizers may feel too rich and not absorb as well

The moisturizing effect was great for dry skin, and it absorbs well too.
ConsI should have checked the ingredients more carefully before buying. I made a mistake. Personally, I tend to get blemishes when I use products with butter, and this one contains shea butter. Due to the hyaluronic acid and panthenol, it feels slippery when washing and there's some pilling after application. Since my LASIK surgery, I sometimes experience eye irritation with scented skincare products. This cream had a slight cool, herbal scent, and it did cause some eye irritation for me.
TipI'd recommend this for those with dry skin who respond well to shea butter.

Just as the product description suggests, it really aids in deep hydration. Despite its thick consistency, it absorbs quite well and I loved that the finish isn't sticky. As someone with sensitive combination dehydrated skin, I usually break out when using thick creams that claim to improve the skin barrier. However, true to Dermatory's reputation, this wasn't irritating and was gentle enough for me to use without any blemishes! Recently, my skin was irritated due to overseas travel, but continuously applying this product helped soothe the tingling sensation and I felt my skin barrier recovering nicely! If you're looking for a reliable barrier care product, I think this would work well for various skin types.
ConsBecause of its thick texture, it was slightly less smooth to apply compared to more slippery products. Of course, this might be partly because my skin tends to redden easily with even minor irritation.
TipRather than applying a serum, I found that skipping straight to this cream when my skin was irritated caused less irritation and had a better soothing effect!

Texture: While it appears silky when squeezed out, it transforms into a hydrating formula when applied to the skin. Application: It doesn't absorb immediately, instead leaving a dewy moisture that slowly sinks in. After application, the skin feels pleasantly hydrated. This aspect might be a matter of personal preference.
ConsApplication: The finish is slightly slippery, which could potentially cause makeup to pill. It might be more suitable for nighttime use. While it may work fine for normal skin, as someone with combination dehydrated skin, I experienced deep dryness when simplifying my routine or using it after a light essence. I had to pair it with a rich serum. Scent: There's a faint cosmetic scent with a slightly odd undertone. It's reminiscent of products sold at dermatology clinics, but lacks the mild, luxurious fragrance of such items. It smells more like a product with special ingredients. Coincidentally, I experienced blemishes while using this product. I'm unsure if it's due to incompatibility with my skin or purely my skin condition. I'm noting this for reference, though I don't typically have acne-prone skin.
TipRather than absorbing quickly, I prefer applying it generously like a hydrating mask.
