I bought this product because I was experiencing a lot of hair loss. The large size and affordable price made it an easy decision. The cleansing effectiveness is really impressive. When used alone without conditioner, it makes my hair feel too stiff, and I feel like I'm losing even more hair... It also feels very dry when blow-drying and is difficult to comb through. This is absolutely fantastic for me! It's as gentle as they claim - no irritation to my scalp whatsoever. When used with the treatment, it's not only mild but also improves hair texture. Our whole family uses it, including the kids. The scent is a pleasant blend of forest and citrus - quite agreeable. Surprisingly, it's even better at preventing hair loss than many specialized shampoos. The fragrance is just okay, but it's decent enough to use. The price isn't exactly budget-friendly though. I have long hair, but I only need to squeeze out a small amount once and lather it up thoroughly. You don't need to use a lot to get great cleansing effectiveness.
