I felt my skin was looking too yellow, so I've been applying vitamin serums, drinking lemon juice, taking vitamin C supplements, and using this product before bed. The taste is decent, and by focusing on brightening treatments all at once, I can definitely feel my skin becoming brighter from within! It's hard to tell if it's just this product alone, but I think the key is doing a comprehensive brightening routine. The synergy when using everything together is amazing! I hope you'll try my method too! The price point is certainly a bit steep... The taste is great and it's thin, making it convenient to carry around! It feels like it absorbs better than taking it as a pill. The price seems a bit high. It would be great if the price could come down a little! They say it absorbs better if you stick it to the roof of your mouth! When you do that, you can really feel it being absorbed more effectively!

I started taking these based on a recommendation, and I've noticed a real difference. With continued use, my complexion has brightened and my makeup applies more smoothly. Now I feel uneasy if I don't take them! I found them at a much better price on Naver. They're also great for travel - the individual packaging is super convenient. The price point is a bit high, making it costly to take more than one a day. Dissolving the film on the roof of my mouth is quite nice. It has a tangy, concentrated vitamin flavor. I was pleased that it came in a small box, as I was a bit worried about the size considering it's a 12-pack. The Braille on the packaging for the visually impaired was a refreshing touch. While I don't usually take vitamins regularly, I've been using this product consistently for about a month. Though I haven't noticed significant skin improvements, I do feel less fatigued. My 6th-grade child keeps asking to try it and enjoys the taste, so we've been taking it together. Everything's great except the price is a bit steep. I've been hesitant to make it a regular purchase, but I finally bought it for the first time when I saw it on sale on GS Home Shopping. Since it contains vitamins, I find it's better to take after meals rather than on an empty stomach or before eating. The upgraded film-type formula inspires more confidence. The film seems thinner and absorbs better, making it easier to take and more enjoyable to consume. The price is undeniably steep. The method of consumption is simple - just stick the film to the roof of your mouth and let it dissolve slowly. It's said to be more effective on an empty stomach, so I start my day by putting it on the roof of my mouth as soon as I wake up. The taste is slightly tangy, but not too sour. It's not an unpleasant flavor at all. I believe you can take up to 3 films a day, but I'm consistently taking one. I noticed the improvement in my stamina right away, but I'm not sure about the beauty benefits yet. Since I received a year's supply as a gift, I'll continue taking it regularly and update my review later. So far, I haven't found any downsides. I'm taking it conveniently and consistently.
