Just one bottle in the morning conveniently provides your daily dose of B-complex vitamins, along with C, D, E, and zinc. After a week, I definitely felt less fatigued and my body seemed lighter. The price point is a bit high, making it a bit of a stretch to take it daily.

✔️ Design Looks like a typical vitamin bottle with large, easy-to-read text. It's convenient to use and makes a great gift for older adults. ✔️ Taste The liquid has a syrupy flavor similar to children's medicine, but it's not unpleasant and easy to swallow. The pills are also a manageable size, which is a plus. ✔️ Price I used to have to order Orthomol from overseas, which was a hassle. While that brand can be quite expensive, this one is reasonably priced in comparison. Additionally, Chong Kun Dang Health is a trusted brand, making it an excellent choice for gifting. While it seems to give me a boost on tired days, I made the mistake of taking it on an empty stomach when I wasn't feeling well. It made me nauseous, so now I always make sure to eat something before taking it.

It's super convenient for busy mornings when you need to get your vitamins in quickly! Taste/Aroma: I was a bit worried about trying a new vitamin format, especially the liquid part. But wow! They say it's grapefruit-flavored, and it really is! The scent is grapefruit too, so I had no issues taking it. Unlike some supplements with that typical medicinal smell, this one's almost odorless. I think anyone would find it easy to take! Quantity/Vitamin Content: I'm satisfied with the vitamin content - it exceeds the daily recommended intake. I first received it as a gift, but after trying it, I liked it so much that I bought it with my own money! The amount of liquid vitamin is just right, allowing me to swallow the pill without water. Packaging: Given that it's a product with both pills and liquid, it's a bit disappointing that it produces daily waste of one bottle and plastic. Over time, that could add up to quite a bit of waste. When's the best time to take it? Since it's a vitamin supplement, taking it after meals is probably best to avoid upsetting your stomach. That's what the instructions suggest too. This is my first time trying a product that comes in both liquid and pill form, which seems to be a popular trend lately. While the pills aren't exactly small, they're incredibly effective, making this one of my favorite products! The intense grapefruit flavor makes them easy to take without any aversion. I tried it once, and I think the dosage might be high because shortly after taking it, my heart started racing and I felt nauseous. While this might sound negative, I believe it would be perfect as a booster when you're really low on energy and feeling drained! For first-time users, I strongly recommend mixing it with water! If you take it straight, you might experience some nausea and headaches. While individual reactions may vary, it's worth keeping in mind. When I'm tired, taking one of these high-dose vitamin supplements gives me a noticeable energy boost compared to days when I don't take it. Given the high dosage, it can be a bit much to take daily. I'd recommend using it only when you're really feeling exhausted.
