Well, aside from the good cleansing, I don't seem to have felt the expected efficacy, such as the skin becoming whiter or the sebum becoming lighter, from the products containing green tea and lemon.

I've never believed the claim that perfect cleansing is possible with just cleansing without double cleansing, but I've tried this all-in-one cleanser for my entire cleansing routine. And yet, my skin didn't feel tight or uncomfortable, but rather good.

There are no shortcomings. If there were, it would be nice to have a larger capacity.

The residue left at the pump opening tends to harden and stick, which is a bit of a shame. Based on other reviews, it seems many people have the same issue.
But overall, I'm still satisfied!
