The texture is like a thin butter, similar to Lilybyred's recently launched Milky Tint. The main difference is that while the Milky Tint applies more softly and delicately, the Waterfull Butter provides slightly more pigmentation. Compared to completely watery blur tints, it's definitely less drying. Even after some time, my lips didn't feel tight, and there's a faint butter scent that's barely noticeable.
ConsAmong the blur tints I've recently purchased, this one has the most uneven color payoff. Unlike newer blur tints that apply and stain evenly with one swipe, this Tonymoly Waterfull Butter fell short of expectations in terms of application, staining, and pigmentation. While they suggest applying multiple layers for a deeper color, the texture makes it challenging to build up. Particularly with this Tonymoly tint, multiple applications can look messy due to the patchiness. It might be better to use this as a base layer and top it with a more pigmented moisturizing or velvet tint according to your preference.

It's great for beginners who want to try a neutral tone.
ConsThe pigmentation isn't exactly neutral as advertised, but leans slightly cool-toned. As someone with warm undertones, I found this a bit disappointing.

The initial application feels moisturizing, so even those with dry, flaky lips can wear it comfortably. The color is a beautiful rose shade, perfect for fall and winter. It's especially suitable for those with deep undertones, as it's not too heavy. The applicator complements the formula well, and the transparent packaging makes it easy to see how much product is left. It also leaves a nice stain, so the staying power is decent.
ConsI haven't noticed any major drawbacks yet. However, be aware that it does stain quite a bit, so the color can deepen with multiple applications.
